Booking experience was great, staff at the hotel were friendly. Room was relatively clean (stained carpet). Other than the bathroom it felt dated. At nearly $800 per night, I expected more in the room. I do not like having to ask for things. We had to ask for herbal tea and water, and a toothbrush was offered when I asked where a market was to purchase one. A range of teas is expected, and few bottles of water in the mini fridge would have made the stay more comfortable.
