The staff at the Hotel Pullman were exceptionally friendly and helpful to my colleagues and I. They took a delivery for us and stored boxes for our stand at a nearby conference, saving the day when our plan A went awry. They also helped us sort out taxis and waste. At breakfast, they even saved one member of staff a much loved breakfast tea and were so lovely. The rooms/facilities were good quality and the housekeeping to a high standard.

While a late check in, around 11pm, it was handled very smoothly, and by a helpful and friendly front desk staff member. Our guest rooms were spacious and well appointed. There is significant refurbishment works going on to improve the aesthetics of the guest rooms, and I assume the public rooms as well. Breakfasts were wonderful with a great choice from an extensive range of options. Bar staff were friendly and helpful, and this applied similarly to the adjoining Novotel. Car parking was below the hotel, so protected from aberrant weather, at a reasonable cost.

Very bad stay

Poor electrics in the room Lights not working fridge not working coffee machine not working music not working constant banging and drilling was impossible to do any call in the room I booked a suite for this reason and it was not acceptable Who do I write to to complain?

We were traveling on a business trip and landed at Madrid airport at 11pm so we were booked in here for the night. The check in lady was very nice explained the free parking gave us the room key & check-in drink vouchers promptly. The room was spacious and clean we used the drink voucher in the morning for coffee and left happy.
