Great welcome from the reception team, rooms are very tight for two tall people, however we managed and the location was a good compromise

Location was excellent, however service lacked in quality. We requested for new towels and the bins changed directly to the cleaning staff after being approached by them to ask if we needed anything changed, however upon returning from the room nothing was done, and after repeating the request again nothing was done again. We were exhausted already after a full day out and expected more from a reputable Accor group. Free coffee station was always dirty and barely working. Would probably not recommend again.

We stayed at the Ibis Ginza for two nights. The location is great, close to the tourist center. We easily reached the hotel from both the MRT and bus stations. The room wasn't large, but it was comfortable enough for us. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel.
