Good location, teeny tiny room. No room for suitcases to be opened. No fridge. Shower pressure below average. $250 security deposit is ridiculous.

From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. The hotel was incredibly clean and well put together, both outside and inside. What stood out even more was the staff.. they were so friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond. They treated me with real care, even offering chocolates and helping with my oversized bags every single time without hesitation. They would open the door for me before I even reached it. Their level of service really set a new standard for me, and it’s raised my expectations for other hotels. After just one short stay, this has easily become one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The location was unbeatable and the staff were super friendly as well as very attentive to our needs. However, the room was quite small and we did not have any view whatsoever but for the price we paid it was reasonable. I do expect a larger room though, but besides that everything was super nice and we were well taken care of.

I was told I was able to get early check in at 9:30a and filled out a form saying so. Upon arrival the hotel staff, Priscilla, was very snarky and abrupt in telling me I could not. I did not appreciate being spoken to in that tone and felt tossed aside. I could've stayed at the airport lounge, but instead I sat in the hotel lobby for 3+ hours after travelling for 7.

Wonderful room, very clean. Would have loved having a mini fridge but understand it was a small space. Would love to stay again when it's in my budget :))
