Our stay at the resort was beyond excellent in every way. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience were truly outstanding. Special thanks to Hussain for his kindness, professionalism, and great support throughout our stay — he was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. Also, a big thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Definitely a memorable stay, and we look forward to visiting again.

Upon reaching the villa (No. 805) and settling in, we have noticed after the first hour that the villa is filled with cockroaches (small brown ones) all over the living room, bedroom, etc.. which was not acceptable. We have contacted the reception and raised an official complaint and changed the villa (No. 708) accordingly. These incidints should not occur on an estamblishment such as raffles. Thank you

Loved each and every mint! The staff were amazing! The vibes, the services, the pools, room service, everything was just amaaaazing! If I may just note on delivery’s, I would really appreciate if you allow the delivery guys to enter to reception or have a separate door so reception can receive our orders that would be amaaazing.
