We stayed in villa 108 we had a continued issue with communication trying to get the buggy car, getting food in room service and using the in villa phone. The issue was explained to the staff which only temporary fixed the issue for few hours and back to limited communication This the second time we stay at the Alareen but the same issue is always there the door bell and in villa phone dont work consistently I did voice my extreme dissatisfaction and the hotel team response was apologetic but didn’t offer a permanent solution Such a disappointment
