I was in room 202. Went to put cloths in drawers, top drawer broken, third drawer broken. Only one functional drawer. Very noisy, train directly across the street. Heard the train throughout the night. Not impressed.

First the staff I must say were the shining stars here. They were very accomodating and very nice. The views from the 12th floor meeting room was phenomenal. many members of the group expressed that the hotel was noisy. The hotel is situated next to a train track. Many members were placed in rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor near the train tracks Others were placed near elevators The rooms themselves were very stark with no art, and lighting was not great. Beds were pretty hard, as were pillows. The food was just OK – nothing special

The hotel has very thin walls, and I was unable to sleep all night because I could clearly hear the person in the adjacent room snoring. During the day, the cleaning staff made a lot of loud banging noises, which was quite disruptive. Bottled water was only provided upon request rather than being readily available. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
