We arrived at the hotel at 1 pm to see if early check-in was available, however, we were told that the early check-in wasn’t available and there was a waitlist. When we went to check in at 3 PM, we were told that the room was not ready and we needed to stick to that same waitlist. We received our keys around 3:30 PM. There was only one bath towel in the room when two individuals were listed on the reservation.
