The reservation was efficient. The place is beautiful but I couldn't take advantage of it because I spent the first 2 nights sorting out the problem of the money they were holding on my card. . I ended up receiving over $6,100 for a bill that was supposed to be $870 because I paid a deposit. They released funds and offered me a free upgrade, late check-out, credit to use at the hotel, but to be honest, I still haven't gotten over the shock when I saw the charges. Be careful, the ladies at the caberet bar will try to charge you too much. I chose this hotel because I saw all the good reviews but came away disappointed. I wanted to give 5 stars but was very disappointed to see another amount they were holding on my card when I returned to London. The venue and facilities are magnificent. It would have been helpful if the staff had been careful about what they were doing. I still haven't received ALL Limitless reward points. 2 glasses of wine, 3 small scallops and 3 small shrimp tacos cost me $172 but who cares, it's Faena. Well done to all the pool and beach staff, special thanks to Hassan. Thanks Tynsley for all the help. I don't think it's fair to leave so much alcohol in the room and force the guest to leave $250 per day on their card.

If a doorman can take your experience from a 10 to a 20 out of 10 then stay at the Faena! Luis the VIP doorman at the front will take care of you like his life depends on it and will treat you like a royal with a family touch! This guy can teach the rest; and should be running the place!

I attended Carmen @ Faena Theatre with a fellow entertainment pro from NYC. The whole production was beautiful. Strong agile dancers & aerialists, lovely singers, powerful live musicians, gorgeous costumes & lighting were a feast for the senses.

We stayed at the Faena Miami from 11/27 to 12/1/24, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. Pre-Arrival: Prior to our stay, we attempted to arrange several requests through the concierge, but communication was inconsistent and slow. It often took days to receive responses. For instance, when we asked for Thanksgiving dinner recommendations, the responses were vague and unhelpful. We also requested a rollaway bed before arrival, which was not provided upon check-in, requiring us to request it again. Service Issues: The service throughout our stay was mediocre at best, often frustratingly slow. Room service was disappointing—part of our order was forgotten, errors were made on other items, and the food quality was below average. Similarly, poolside and beachside service was extremely sluggish. The system of raising a flag to place an order is inefficient; I waited nearly an hour for an attendant to stop by. On another occasion, we waited over an hour for churros to be delivered poolside. Other Concerns: • One of the TVs in our room wasn’t working properly. • It was unclear if the hotel provided complimentary water in the room, so we had to go out and buy our own. • The hotel’s location, while scenic, is farther north on Miami Beach and less convenient for accessing the South Beach spots we enjoy. • When it rained, we tried to dine at the poolside restaurant but were told by the hostess that we needed a reservation, and seating (inside or outside) couldn’t be guaranteed. There was no timeline for when we’d be seated, despite being hotel guests. Also, the pool closed early for a private party the Saturday we were there. Overall Impression: We expect much more from a 5-star property. The service, food quality, and overall experience at the Faena Miami were among the poorest we’ve had in Miami. This stay was disappointing, and we won’t be returning.
