Peppers Silo Hotel is a stunning 108-room hotel situated on the confluence of the Tamar and North Esk Rivers, located 1.5km from the CBD and just 700m from the Seaport Precinct and less than 1km from the CBD via a pedestrian footbridge. Hotel facilities include 24 hour reception, free parking and onsite secure parking at $15 per day, fully equipped gymnasium, conference facilities, luxurious day spa, and hairdresser.
There's nowhere more idyllic than being positioned on the waters edge. From this tranquil location you'll be within a short distance of the CBD, allowing you to wander across the nearby footbridge to public transport links from your riverfront location. The building has been redeveloped to the highest standard with a distinct charm that echoes through its luxe interior. In addition to the historic part of the building a second tower has been added and each room designed with the discerning guest in mind.
The Grain of the Silos restaurant features menus exclusively developed by celebrity chef and Food Director Massimo Mele and offers Tasmania's freshest seasonal produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with room service available.
We look forward to welcoming you to Peppers Silo Hotel, an iconic landmark in Launceston and an opportunity to experience Launceston's marriage of heritage and modern innovations.

Myself and a friend stayed for a night while in Launceston, what a delight we had. Greeted with a lovely warm smile and friendly receptionist. The room was stunning, you couldn't even hear your neighbours talking or walking in the hallway, comfortable beds and the food was outstanding. It was a lovely place to recharge over a weekend, I would be back.

First time stay with Peppers Silo and found the hotel to be very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and friendly and able to answer my questions without hesitation. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and large, perhaps the largest standard room I have enjoyed staying in at an Accor Hotel.

A beautiful and central location. Loved the quirky round silo rooms. My very tall husband was impressed with shower height and the bed was comfortable. We did however need to phone reception twice (2nd call at 10pm) as a neighbouring TV was so loud that you could clearly hear the movie in our room! But overall a wonderful stay in the perfect location.

This was our second stay. The hotel is very clean and staff are very polite and accommodating. We were a bit disappointed the breakfast buffet no longer exist as we thought it was included and justified the price. The breakfast was lovely but an added cost each day.
