Unable to apply Accor+ Discount to breakfast

The restaurant was closed at the hotel, and we were directed to the "Silos" restaurant a short walk away. We were told that we could charge the breakfast back to the room. When we checked out of the hotel, I checked to see if we could apply the Accor+ discount to our meal. (this is something i have done before on stays at Accor hotels) and I was told that it could not be done. That is, it would need to be done at the restaurant. Very Disappointed!

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. Would have liked a restaurant onsite that I could have utilised my Accor membership.
