Upon arriving early at the hotel I was greeted by Kulchandra and he would call me when the room was ready, he did within half a hour, as well as that he asked us what we where going to do in the area and referred us to local eateries, wineries and attractions in the area, he spend a good amount of time with us which was so kind of him, he asked on the following days how our day was and we remained in contact daily. He's such a asset to your business! Best service I've had. Only downside to this amazing accommodation was the lack of utensils in the kitchen. The housekeeping team where lovely and accommodating too, always saying goodmorning every day and asking if we needed anything as we didn't need our room made up. Thankyou for the best experience we've ever had.

Great amenities in our 1bedroom accommodation. Just missing dishwashing liquid and sponge for handwashing. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher were available which was very good.

The reception service are good and they handle our enquiries very good. We like the rooms in the apartment very much as it is spacious and the bed are big. However the coffee machine has an average performance for coffee, something to look into it. If only the estate can provide breakfast service, it will be very good for the stay.

The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk into the CBD and with restaurants and water-side walks at the door. The suite we had was like a lovely apartment, with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great room layout and lovely Building. The only drawback was the lack of parking however staff managed that by having a couple of spare spaces up their sleeve which they directed customers to if immediate parking was not available The building itself is conveniently located to walking paths, the CBD and great restaurants right on the doorstep We stayed for two days and wished we could have stayed for longer

The room was beautiful, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The view was stunning. I can't praise the staff highly enough, they were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location above the river, close to restaurants and cafes.

Lovely helpful staff. Even printed and scanned work documents for me during my stay. Lovely room with lots of natural light overlooking the river. Most comfortable bed with luxury linen. Clean and modern. Full kitchen and washer and dryer so completely self sufficient. Saved lots of money cooking and eating in as the room and view were so lovely we didn't want to go out at night. Thanks for a great stay.
