Started off poorly, rang the shuttle service number 3 times no answer while waiting in the cold/rain pickup area. Gave up, and got a taxi in the end. Fast and easy checkin, nice room - was late 11pm arrival due to delayed flight into Melbourne. Easy to walk to airport next morning, person who checked me in let me know which crossing etc, and that he had me on backup for the shuttle incase it was still raining in the morning. Very helpful.

Great place to stay before or after your trip! Comfortable, quiet, relaxing, 5-10 mins walk to the terminals. Easy electronic check in and out process. Staff are friendly.
