Issues in my room, Some lights were not closing properly and someone had to come to fix it. Shower hot water also was not working properly. Aircon main switch also not working properly, had to on and off for the compressor to start working.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1 at the beginning of August 2026. The staff was always very friendly and attentive, children felt very welcomed from the very beginning and breakfast and all the facilities are amazing.
