We return to this hotel every year — and that says everything. This is not just a hotel to us, it truly feels like coming home. What makes this place so special is the genuine warmth and hospitality of the entire team. From the gardener to the catering staff, from reception to the General Manager, everyone welcomes us with kindness, recognition, and sincere attention. The staff consistently goes the extra mile to make every stay memorable, and that level of care is rare to find. The location is excellent, close to the biggest mall in Surabaya and surrounded by a lively area, yet once inside the hotel you experience complete peace and tranquility. The beautiful gardens, the calm atmosphere, and the impeccable maintenance make it a true oasis in the city. This historic landmark deserves far more recognition. Knowing it was once the famous Oranje Hotel gives the property an extra layer of character and history. You can truly feel the heritage and elegance throughout the hotel. A timeless place with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful people. We already look forward to returning again next year.

From check in to check out the management and staff at the Majapahit Hotel were exemplary. They make you feel so very special and enhance your stay in this "magically" grand hotel.
