We had a break in our room where we had some headphones stolen. It had been done by a staff member from Ibis, as there had been used a key to open the door. There were not much help from staff or manager, they could only ask the cleaning if they had found the headphones or if it by accident had ended up in the laundry. But this would be highly unlikely, as they had been placed on a table, and as it were some big rather big headphones (on ear) and they were in their case, then they would not easy be misplaced, so they had been removed form our room on purpose.

Perfect position, good choice for breakfast, yet our room was a bit basic (no possibility to hang two towels in the bathroom or to lay things). There was not daily cleaning at all, only change of towels and a little making of our beds. Unacceptable!

The location of the hotel is amazing. Easily reachable with bus or trams. Some of reception staff is friendly. Cleanliness of the rooms is lacking, both single beds were on wheels so constantly moving even after reporting it to the front desk. Price is good.

if it were not for the issues with loyalty program, I would have given it a higher note. Providing the last 2 stays were properly credited, I will base my reviews on the last 2 stays. I will therefore ignore the previous ones which hopefully will not repeated when booking again in the future. I still have to check if all skip the clean days were all rewarded properly

Great location due to proximity to ORIGO and Riga Central Railway Station. Although very limited space in the room. Basic for short stay to visit beautiful Riga and travel to Baltic beaches and other Latvian cities and towns

Well located hotel. Good breakfast. We booked two rooms. The one room had high air humidity and a musty smell. The air conditioner was noisy and difficult to use. The air in the other room was better.
