At first glance the hotel looks really cool but unfortunately that's not the whole truth. When you look around a bit more closely, everything is a bit skewed or scattered. Even though the hotel has just been renovated, you get the feeling that the renovation was done in a hurry and as cheaply as possible. Breakfast was frankly very poor. Also, the breakfast corner was designed to be very impractical and it got crowded surprisingly easily. The staff were very nice. Although with my own 25 years experience in the hospitality business, I got the feeling that they also tried to save on staff costs where possible. The rooms were spacious and could have potential for a lot if they were really invested in. In the current style, I would say that the hotel will need to be renovated again within a year.

Impressed by the interior. Gym was ok and our young athlete managed even do his gym routines. Location was good and quite easy accesible with car. We ate only breakfast at the hotel and it was ok. What comes to service It was a bit unusual time to time but i think it was trainees practicing their work and therefore totally undertandable in my oppinion.

10+ years as All Accor Platinum members, This is my 1st time to give 1 star. Everything at TRIBE Riga City Center (room, facilities, and staffs) is a lot below All Accor’s standard. Especially the Operation Manager, Liene Kajaka who ignored customer request, not even care of All Accor Loyalty program, I personally believe because I am Asian, I can easily guess from her reaction (surely look me down) and instructed her front staff to refuse any request (I believe she is happy to see guest begging her and I do not want to do) Refer to my experience at TRIBE Riga, I checked in around 9:30 pm and I requested for late check-out at 3:00 pm (along with Accor Platinum member) because my wife got sick, but Liene refused and excused that hotel are fully booked (unfortunately, I checked Accor APP and found similar type of the room are available that mean someone tell a lie or Accor APP error ?? Another shocking issue is the hotel maid try to open and enter my room #310 at 10:30 am without knocking or saying something, Liene really need me to leave the room :( Refer to my 20 days trip in Europe (Paris, Barcelona, Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki, and Stockholm), 80% of the hotels that I stayed are All Accor hotels, only at TRIBE Riga City Center, Liene Kajaka Operation Manager and her team make my trip become bad experience :( Janis Valodze, General Manager, I believe that every action of your staffs (not welcome Asian and/ or correspond with ALL Accor Loyalty program) are instructed by you then this kind of situation happens. In Conclusion If you are Asia and/ or you earn ALL Accor Loyalty Status (hope to get privileges along with ALL Accor hotels) I would recommend to stay somewhere else not at ⭐️ TRIBE Riga City Center (Last visit, I stayed at Mercure Riga, everything is far better than here.

I am more than sure that the things can be always organized and communicated in the better way and I am really sorry that it was not the case during your stay. Same time I want to ensure that we do not sort the guests by their nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or anything else. We try to accommodate every single need or wish of all our guests and especially of the ALL Accor members, what I know Liene was trying to do as well. But sometimes there comes the day when it is just simply not possible due to the booking situation of the hotel and unfortunately this was the day, even we tried the best. Same time as well according to All Accor member benefit guide the "Late check-out is upon request subject to availability", and unfortunately there were no availably for late late check out on that day. As well I want to apologize to for the morning disturbance by our staff member entering your room. I fully agree with you it was a rude mistake, but I can assure you that there is no conspiracy behind that and nobody would do it on purpose. I full understand that you are not considering us for your next stays in, but I still hope that one day you give us a second chance to prove our qualities. Please allow me one more time to express my sincere apologies for all the inconveniences and I am always at your disposal if there anything in any way I could do for you. Very cozy and nice looking property. When entering the lobby lovely and cozy atmosphere hugs you all the way around. Rooms are nicely decorated. If there could be a bit more parking spaces - this would be amazing, but it’s city center so I do understand some limitations in this aspect.
