Great stay and very well located. The hotel is modern, has nice room and amenities. Need to improve housekeeping (bathroom overall very clean but it’s time for deep cleaning). I stayed in the suite and the minibar does not work. It doest get cold at all. Besides that, very good stay!

Hotel is located well on one of the main avenues within the town, couple of shops and cafe' located nearby mean you do not have to walk into town to get anything, the staff were freindly, the hotel and the room were clean and well presented, the breakfast was good as well, were never any shortages of food/drinks despite getting busy at peak times.

Your hotel is probably not aimed at our demographics. As we are both over 75, we did struggle a little with the constant music, the very limited restaurant menu and the design of the shower which means that the floor gets quite wet as you come out and could easily cause one to slip. We did like the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed linen. However your towels are very ordinary for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast stopped being replenished from 9.20 onwards on Tuesday, and your eggs fried or scrambled are almost inedible.

The stay at the hotel was okay. It’s an ordinary, tidy hotel. The location is good, but the breakfast selection is very limited and identical every day - for longer stays, it gets repetitive very quickly. The building could be in better condition. In the bathroom, the mirror light flickered constantly, so I had to keep it turned off. The showerhead was broken, and water was streaming out over the top. As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I received no welcome gift, and it seems the room was not upgraded either. Additionally, I still haven't received my bonus points for Skip the Clean. What surprised me the most was on departure day: despite an agreed late check-out and a Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door handle, a housekeeper suddenly walked into the room and simply left without saying a word.

The people running the front desk were amazing, but it's clear the hotel's run by a skeleton crew (even though it's supposed to be rated four stars). I got tired of asking for the room to be cleaned. From the moment I arrived at the room, it smelled like nobody had been there in years and was covered by dust. I requested the room be cleaned many times, the first time they only replaced one of the towels (and left the other one alone, even though it was clear it was dirty). The next time, I was specific that the room needed the bed linens to be changed and the surfaces to be dusted, but they only made the bed without changing linens and a thick layer of dust remained over everything (the smell, too). I had to get an air freshener from the store because the smell was overpowering. The next time, I specified for the room to be cleaned in full (including a vacuuming of the rug) and I was ignored again, I came back to the same bed linens (I could tell they were the same cause I had accidentally spilled some juice in the bed, which is why I needed the linens changed). I got tired of asking, checked out, and came to a different hotel. Also, please add some sensors to the elevator doors, someone could get really hurt (the doors don't open automatically if there's something blocking them, and the "open door" button for some reason malfunctioned).

Hotel is in a good location, on the edge of the old town, so everything can be explored on foot. The lobby is pleasant, and there is a restaurant. The rooms and the bathroom are spacious. The room has a kettle with tea and an espresso machine. The only drawback is that the large bathroom doesn’t have enough towel hooks or shelves for cosmetics. There is also an iron in the room, which is useful.

Hotel and staff were nice however the room was very dusty. When taking coffee cups from the table dust flew and we needed to rinse the cups. Also shower doors didn’t close from the bottom, probably due to poor installation, making the floor wet. Considering the hotel has been newly renovated I expected better quality.
