Very disappointing reception experience. I arrived around 1 PM and was immediately told it was “not check-in time,” without the receptionist even checking my Gold membership, which includes early check-in benefits, or whether any room was already available. I was then made to wait until almost exactly 15:00. In an 80-room hotel, with checkout at 12:00, I find it hard to believe that not a single room could have been ready by 1 PM unless virtually every guest had a late checkout. The issue is not the official check-in time, but the complete lack of effort or hospitality. At minimum, reception should have checked. Experiences like this also make me question the value of Accor’s membership and rewards program. Compared with other hotel loyalty programs I use, the benefits continue to feel very limited, while others regularly provide tangible extras and actual recognition of status.

We have come to this hotel for almost 20 years and have always been very satisfied no matter the name of the hotel. But it all looks great after the latest renovation. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, the staff is welcoming and helpful and the breakfast buffet includes all that you need. Hopefully, we will come back next year.

When we arrive to hotel on time, we should wait approximately 50 minutes to have a room, alongside we arrived in 15:00, when hotel should give us our paid rooms. When I ask to have a parking, it was rejected, although there were free places on the inner yard during our stay. No instruction, no any information about spa center and how we can use it. While I made reservation, I noticed hotel by email that have few personal holiday dates, but even didn't hear congratulations, what say more... Breakfast wasn't bad, many dishes were tasty. But need to improve variety of dishes. We were in Tribe Paris and there is just a different hotels, like them from different planetside. Personal, dishes, attitude, rooms and welcoming. Yes to Tribe Paris, No to Tribe Riga

Great location and clean hotel, good breakfast. But our experience was quite bad because the AC dis not work in our room and it was very hot to sleep. Asked about it from the reception but no solution offered. Other room in the same floor had working AC.

Small grocery store next door + The room looks way better than in pictures. + Gym is an appreciated bonus, as well as the small spa area. + Complimentary water (also a water fountain at the gym) + Bed is comfortable and the bed linen are fresh and clean + Handy lockers to store your luggage before/after the stay + My request regarding towels and hangers were well taken care of What didn't like: - The water pressure was poor - The shower, despite the closed structure, leaks, so the entire bathroom gets wet (they know the issue, since once telling the reception about it, they just asked if I wanted more towels to dry the floor) - The bathroom is poorly designed; no place to store your stuff or hang the hand towel - There is no aircon: it will be hot and uncomfortable when it's over 23 C outside - Soundproofing was not good, especially the noice from corridor was quite clear - The room is small, too small for two people in my opinion. If you open your luggage, there is no room to move around. So there are lots of positive aspects but also a bit too much negative to warmly recommend this hotel. For the price paid (65 €/double room/night), it was good and if the negative elements are not essential to you, this can be a great option.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. However, the classic room does not have AC and that was not clear during booking. Our stay was in July so the room was warm and stuffy. The reception was able to provide a fan; however, I was still not able to sleep well due to the lack of AC.

Our friend group had 3 rooms in total. All had no AC so sweating a lot. Fridges not cold so they're useless. When booking 3 months beforehand, we specially asked if we could get rooms near eachother, was pretty much as far as possible... It would be nice if the "Riga City Tax of 1 EUR per person, per night" would be collected when paying beforehand, not as a surprise at the desk upon arrival (when you think it's all being paid already as it says in website that it includes taxes). Shower enclosure is insanely small in Classic room, around 80x80cm so claustrophobic experience and trying not to break the glass with your arms :D Towels had to be re-used because they weren't changed every night despite the "clean" sign outside the door. Positive sides: Looks modern, price was not too bad, location was good and the breakfast was really nice.

Best location in Riga! Very convenient with everything you can think of in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Super clean room. Dining is delicious. We had a perfect two weeks stay! So happy we picked this hotel!
