The room was quite small, but the hotel is placed in perfect place for day trips. Walking distance from so many attractions is a real bonus when travelling.

Hotel Valldemars is very basic hotel. Not any decorations in the room. No possibilities to make coffee or tea. Wooden floor worn out. Good location in the center. Bed was good. Staff polite.

Nicely refurbished building, pleasant to stay in enjoyed the breakfast , sauna and gym people were also very kind and helpful ventilation in the room was a bit low, need to open the window overall: very good :)

Hotel located in the centre just a few steps from quiet district with beautiful Art Nouveuau buildings. Some furniture in the room a bit outdated and there is no tea & coffee facilities. However, it is possible to buy any drinks in the bar in the lobby. Rooms maybe not luxury but they have all you need if you visit Riga for business or for city break. Beds all new and comfortable. I had a good sleep at night time. Thought if room has windows to main street, there is street noise from outside. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for budget stay with great location close to all attractions. And will stay again here myself.

Rooms are very big, the bed is comfortable. The building is an old jugend-style. The furniture in the living room, the sofa, is a bit dated. Sauna was marwelous. We can hardy wait for the jacuzzi. The staff, especially the girl in the reception, was so nice and helpfull.

The hotel was pretty disappointing, even for a budget hotel. The plumbing was unbelievably noisy every time the toilet was flushed, the decibel level from the refill was ear popping. There were no heating controls in the room, so the room temperature was whatever the hotel decided. There was no usb charging facility in the room, which is essential for both business and leisure travellers in this day and age, and when I asked at reception if they had any chargers they had had none! I ended up having to buy a charger from a local store. I had booked a three night stay, but decided to leave after the second night and go somewhere else. It was a bit frustrating as I was on a trip around European capitals to consider appropriate properties for my travel business. It was not the service that I expect from Accor.
