The hotel has an excellent location and the staff are very nice. However, recently it appeared somewhat understaffed - checking in and out took longer than what would appear to be needed. The bed was very narrow, I did not know such narrow beds still exist! I doubt that the hotel was full so why not put single travellers in a double bed? (The two twins could not be used "together" as the gap was too big.) The room had no single element of decoration - maybe a poster or similar could make it more cheerful. So - nice, well worth the money but simple little things could make it even better!

Regarding the bed type I want to reassure you that we were really out of double rooms for this night. As well the reason you had to book twin room was that double rooms were booked out. Otherwise we are trying hard to satisfy all the guest wishes. I totally agree with you regarding the decorations and therefore want to take chance to inform that we currently working hard on planning the full renovation which will be executed over the next couple of years. As a result of it we will go into conversion to one of the newest Accor brands - Tribe. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel was a decent walk from the places I wanted to visit. The breakfasts were very good. My only disappointment was that the fitness center was under renovation during my stay.

The staff were friendly, the hotel and the room were nice and clean. The hotel is well situated in the city and breakfast was great with many selections and good COVID precaution/measures.

Ok, but too much plastic

The room and service were ok, but all the food on brekfast tabel was wrapped in plastic. Every cheese or ham slice, every bread, etc etc. I understand the need of virus restrictions, but this was too much and the colossal amount of wated plastic for that makes me sad. Its like keeping human some how alive, but poisoning the environment for that matter.

Well located hotel but uncomfortable room

Hotel was nice and well located, however the room I stayed in had extremely low ceilings and absurdly loud air conditioning (impossible to use). The breakfast was all covered with plastic, which is both weird and not sustainable. As a covid measure, it's also not really effective when people unwrap the plastic-covered food sitting just next to each other in a tiny table anyway. Also, wrapping toast into plastic makes it soggy.

Good, clean room. The furniture is not so nice, should be better. Too small room for 2 persons. No tools for shoes cleaning. Too long time I was waiting for bill receiving for my company.

The hotel is reasonably located just on the outskirts of the city centre and a pleasant walk or small bus journey to the heart. The staff were all friendly and met or exceeded our needs. Whilst restrictions are in place, the breakfast was adequate. The room was comfortable and clean.

Very poor communication from front line staff on for example arrangements for breakfast. Breakfast was outside .I came down in t-shirt & shorts .Next day raining had to carry full tray via lift to 3rd floor.

I am happy to see that generally you enjoyed your stay and slight issue which were not up to 100%. I totally agree with you regarding the breakfast outside which not always convenient. As you know we have to do it this way due to the local Covid-19 restrictions, but for sure the tables and chairs has dried before the service. As well, will take into consideration your comments regarding the fruits for the breakfast. As well we are fully aware and in understanding that our furniture are not the latest one. Therefore we are currently planning the full renovation of our hotel step by step during the next years after what our beauty is going to be converted into the one of the newest Accor brands - Tribe!
