Not so friendly reception. Didn’t felt like an executive member at all. Room was so small. View wasn’t good at all. Swimming pool wasn’t existing (only a narrowest plunge was there). Not a welcome letter or chocolate or fruits or anything was waiting for me at room. And if you think this is bad, wait: basketball teams for European championship stayed there so a few times the tournament security guard stopped me and asked for proof of my stay in the hotel before let me in which wasn’t pleasant at all. Breakfast was so average too. The only good thing was a young lady who worked at breakfast restaurant. Can’t believe that was a 5 star pullman! Won’t stay there again for sure
