From the friendly welcome at check in, to a late check out three days later, this was a really nice stay. I was given an upgraded room, unfortunately overlooking a nearby apartment, but the room was well equipped and fitted. The safe was a bit temperamental, but with some staff assistance, the problem was resolved. The rain shower was good, and the TV had a wide selection of channels. A minibar and coffee capsule machine were provided. Breakfast was good, but not great. The first morning, the lady on omelette duty was a pro, but the cook given the task on the second day was not up to the job, serving a broken omelette swimming in vegetable oil. Lovely staff throughout my stay in all areas of the hotel. One issue is that taxis, certainly Bolt cars, are not allowed to drive to the front door because of the proximity of Government buildings, so collection is across the park. I would recommend the Pullman to anyone planning a Riga trip.

Left my Airpods to room and did not get them

Unfortunatley I left my Apple aipods to hotelroom and I dis not got them back:(. Really disapointed.

Dear Merike O., Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to tell you, that we were not able to find Air-pods. We, as a team did our best to find it, however no luck. Our housekeeping team has been working with us since the hotel opening and we have never had any issues in the past and we have had quite few really valuable items left in the hotel, but safely returned to their owners. All staff members are reliable and hard working employees. I will also try to contact with our outsource linen company who provides bed linen cleaning - in case if the item has fallen together with bed linen. Last time I received the worst room I have ever had. Employee in reception told me that my room is upgraded due to my loyalty. I got the room which was very dark and tiny. And Pullman forgot my preference to have room with bathtub. thanks for welcoming card and candies.

Great hotel, nicelly located, good room& nice staff. The only negative issue was the hot part of the breakfast during the first two mornings: all hot dishes were totally cold. With the new chef everything was OK on the third morning.

Quality of customer service at reception was very variable and depending on day.. the night we checked in it was like super bad, very arrogant and fake friendly. It feeled that Man in reception on that night was in a wrong job. Last days of our stay service was very good. Cleaning lady was super and cleanliness near perfect.

It was our second time that we booked a room at this hotel ,we enjoyed the first time that why we chose Pullman again . This time we were with our 5 months old baby .The room that they gave us was minuscule,I asked to change it and the reception weren’t really opened to do that because we had a baby ! Ok baby is crying but really ?!? The smell in the room was terrible ! And the tinny window was on the roof and was so tinny that we were obliged to have a light on all day long ! Seriously never again in this hotel ! The cleaning ladies were very sweet and polite but the reception personnel weren’t at all !

The given room was next to the service cabinet which made our stay noisy all night long. The service troley and the shut of the door could be heard very loud. The room was prepared for one person instead of couple (only 1 set of bathroom accessories was served).

It was nice. However, the nato security on my floor all night was bothersome. I would not have stayed at the hotel if I had known you would have had men in black suits hanging out in the lobby all evening Sunday. My friend was briefly stopped from entering the hotel as well.

First night hotel was very noisy. There was a disco of somekind. Music kept me up untill 2.30. Next day staff did apology the noise. We got compensation and everything was ok. Maybe the hotel shouldn't allow big parties in there because hotels main customers are those who come to sleep. And if I tell everyone I know that don't go in Pullman you can't sleep there. In a long run that will cost you a lot of money.
