We had a great stay, the refurbishment is great and there is a nice relaxed atmosphere with lots of spaces to unwind after a day of walking. A nice touch to have free water in the room. Only very slight negative is we ordered an iron and it never came. All else was perfect.

Good location, great variety at breakfast and enjoyed Open Kitchen options but found items on hot buffet were warm rather than hot. No information in room and QR code didn't seem to give information for using, for example, air conditioning (although not needed). Would stay again

The location was perfect, with easy walks to main sights in old town and public transport for other locations. The room was quite small, however, with a very inconvenient bathroom setup. The sink was in the middle of the room, and the shower stall door also near the bed—providing no privacy or changing area. The customer service was also lacking. For example, when I requested a takeaway breakfast pastry at 9:30pm the evening prior to our 5am departure, I was told it was too late and that the request would have had to been made by 9pm. I tried to explain I would be happy with a banana and a muffin, but they said I missed the cutoff and offered no help or apology.
