Very beautiful hotel. Some details can be improved: I arrived the hotel in the morning around 11:00, the first sentence after “hello” I heard was “do you know the check-in time is afternoon 15:00?”, it was honestly quite rude; although the reception later confirmed that my room was actually ready. In the room, the remoter was out of battery, but fortunately it was solar powered… I had to put it next by the window for the whole afternoon, then in the evening I was able to use.

In general it was good, but aircondition in the room is not working properly and I have stayed many times with you - and it has never worked properly. Also during my last night there was an event which I coud hear long during the night. So going forward I will never have the room facing that area.

Not possible to get the temperature in the room below 23 degrees, even with cold outside temperatures. The Sauna was the only place in the hotel that was colder.

Nicely renovated, this hotel is in a very good location. My room - although a bit darker - was very big and, most important aspect for me, it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable and very good selection of pillows. A couple of things which should be addressed by the management: 1. No parking convention. For a Pullmann Hotel I find a bit surprising that they have no convention with the close-by parking; 2. Check-in process. I saw it was already mentioned in several reviews. As for the restaurant, the interior architect who selected those too low armchairs should be fired. It is a pain to eat by sitting in that way. Final, but not least, a refresh of Accor status programme should be done to personnel. It is so annoying when you need to tell somebody who is expected to know by heart what means what.
