It was close to everything. At certain hours, cars could not drop us off directly to the hotel so we would walk a short distance and across a park to the hotel. I did not like the smell of the hallway leading to the room. It was also dark and narrow, so it seemed a little eerie. They mentioned I got upgraded but my view was nothing but other windows in the hotel and it felt enclosed. Overall, however the stay was pleasant. The room itself was decent. The staff were nice.

Unfortunately, the accommodation experience is not good. Getting to the hotel is impossible because there is no car access to the hotel area, you have to carry your luggage a long way from public parking and there is no bellboy to help and don't forget that this is a 5 star hotel. The parking price is 25 euros per day. The breakfast is mediocre or below. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Old town just few mts away, good restaurants close by, friendly staff, good rooms and nice breakfasts added to our likeness to this hotel. However, must say due to the high security zone visitors will be dropped about 300 mtr aways and you have to drag your baggage's thru the cobble stone road to the hotel. It will be good if hotel extend support to take bags to and from.

Terrible experience. I got sick of the heat inside the room. Early morning the temperature was already 26.1C. Nothing was done. I don't know if the hotel did it on purpose or had issues, however I have nothing to do with that. Hotel should reimburse all guests! Never stayed in a hotel so hot like this. Additionally, that thing underneath the room's door is a nightmare. Everyone leaving the rooms could be heard miles away since the luggage hit it and makes unbearable noise. Imagine that during early morning. The spa is totally unreachable. I went twice to try to find the place and following all the front desk orientation I was not able to find the spa, no signs and no one to help. Restaurant prices are ridiculously high. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, not my worst enemies I could recommend!!!!!

The best part of the stay was the location. It's in the old town, but comfortably far from noise and hustle. It was best for us as our stay was short and we saved a lot of time in commute. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The "live counters" at breakfast were a welcome surprise. We loved it.

Only 7, mainly for missleading info: 1.no happy hour even it has been said as one of first thing in hotel description. Either not updated or somehow not communicated properly. 2. On our welcome/key card folder said - become all accor and get membership bonus such as free drinks…:) unless water is considered as bonus drink, there wasn’t such thing for my direct/membet booking. Another strange part was about mini-bar check next day morning. It was a bit awkward. At check in, you make deposit booking, what make sense, but then check usage and lock minibar next day morning? 5 star hotel best practice? And then at checkout ask again - did I use minibar? “No, because you locked mini bar!:D” Is it special treatment and distrust for local turists? This was way too strange and will think twice about another stay preferance to another hotel. On good side - breakfast was good as always. Beds are same good/excellent. Room 425 was a bit strange, wouldn’t suggest for guests with claustrophobia. I don’t recall such room layout from previos 3-4 stays at your hotel. Need to say - previous room design I liked better. Gray wall interiors felt more cozy than renovated strange greenish wall colour.

Great location, great facilities but the housekeeping let it down. Dirty glasses or empty water bottles were never removed and the coffee & milk were never replenished
