The room not comfortable for stay, furniture very old, bed not comfortable for 2 persons as you joined two single beds to make king bed. Amenities very poor. Dark room and view is closed by another construction.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower had mould in between the tiles in many places. Not what I would expect from a Pullman hotel.

Good location but vehicles not allowed to enter hotel area. Drop-off is only a two-minute walk away but it would been good to be forewarned. Luckily it was not raining or worse.

While satisfied, I expected better from a 5*. Room 621 did not impress me at all. A wash-hand basin crammed next to the bed is reminiscent of 1* or 0* star hotels. The bathroom could have been better designed as there is ample space if the shower stall and WC stall are connected and a wash-hand basin placed there. The wash-hand basin stall next to the bed makes the room look smaller. Room seemed to be gloomy although that could have been due to weather, still room had only one window while others nearby seemed to have two. Shared the room with some over-friendly mosquitoes, which kept visiting during the night. Three were squashed but others lived to bite another day. Amenities were a bit lacking as there were no dental kit, shaving kit, comb. Probably one of the cost-saving measures marketed an environmentally-friendly initiative. The coffee-machine, the kettle and complimentary water were appreciated, although one has to admit that this would be one of my expectations in a 5*.

Nice hotel in a good location! Good service and well equipped and modern rooms. Huge breakfast, but bread was a bit stale and the warm food was not really hot. With a few more final touches this would’ve been excellent

As a frequent guest of Accor hotels, I have generally come to expect a certain standard of quality and service. However, my recent stay at this particular hotel in Riga was profoundly disappointing. While the location is reasonably convenient, being not far from the old city, the positives end there. To start with, the room was incredibly dark and far too small for a hotel that claims to have a 5-star rating. Despite requesting a king-sized bed, I was given two single beds pushed together, each with its own mattress. This setup was highly uncomfortable, as one person inevitably ends up lying on the gap between the two mattresses. The window in the room faced an internal extension of the building, further exacerbating the lack of natural light and contributing to a claustrophobic atmosphere. The room's decor was equally disheartening, with outdated furniture that was neither aesthetically pleasing nor comfortable. Even basic amenities failed to meet expectations, with a non-functioning TV remote control adding to the frustration. The one redeeming feature of the hotel was the breakfast, which was of decent quality. However, this alone cannot make up for the numerous shortcomings. Despite multiple requests to change rooms, the staff were uncooperative and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and dissatisfied. As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in countless hotels, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.
