A quality place to stay in. Location is superb in the edge of old town with short walking distance to explore what old Riga has to offer. Room was really comfy with good bed and pillows, really clean and well organized. Staff was really helpful and service was excellent. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Really enjoyed our three nights stay in this hotel.

Hotel was good overall. Service was 10/10. Rooms were comfortable but lighting was sparse (as in quite a few European countries). Ceiling light barely lit up the room so it was dark most of the time. A little dusty as well which I would not expect at a 5 star hotel, but in general it was an 8/10 stay. The amenities provided (shampoo, bath wash, etc) were not luxury quality you would expect in a 5 star hotel, but they were fit for purpose. Did not use gym, spa or restaurant on-site so cannot comment on these.

Had a lovely stay we had to move rooms due to technical issue but this was no trouble for the staff. Nice and clean, food was excellent and staff attentive and friendly.
