So, we booked a Junior Suite through Accor.com. Checked into the hotel, arrived the room, and understood quickly that this was not a junior suite. Talked with the lobby about it, and they confirmed that we didnt got what we booked. They compensated us with 2 cans of Pepsi Cola, and free access to the SPA. Sounds like a decent compensation, huh? Well, that "Spa" can hardly be named a SPA. The only jacuzzi there was cold! We left, and told the lobby that we didnt accept the compensation. The polite receptionist told that she would tell the hotel manager. By the time we checked out, no copensation was given. Very disappointing. The room itself was rather nice and comfortable. The included breakfast was a sad story. 4 stars? Maybe, with better breakfast, SPA and service level. Right now I rate it as a good 3 star hotel. There are better options in Riga for the same price.

I paid for privelege room, but the reception stuff didn't gave privelege room. Not very nice
