We were satisfied with our stay. Location iš very good, good was good, the only thing we didn’t enjoy iš SPA. Jacuzzi was cold.

Stayed for 10 nights at this hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is great as next to Origo shopping and central station. Central market just 5 minutes away and other attractions also a short walk away. Price is also reasonable. One thing to note is that lighting in the room is very dim and makes working in the room difficult.

The staff were quite kind. From the reception, to housekeeping and bar. The privilege room was nice and comfortable even though the hotel is starting to get dated. Wish the bar would open longer as I got surprised that it closes at 10pm. Breakfast in the morning can be a little chaotic.

The hotel is well located to the bus and train terminals as well as the old town. The room is large enough with clean bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. The front desk staff were kind, professional and helpful. Morning buffet has many delicious options for all.
