Overall was okay, but not up to level that you say your hotel is. Mainly food is completely not at the 4* level. We had an offer voucher with champagne and fruit platter in the room - does two bananas (whole, not even cut), two apples (also whole, not sure if washed) and a handful of grapes count as fruit platter? And bottle of champagne was not even cold, as it is supposed to be. Also for us it was not enough ceiling light in the room, I understand that atmosphere etc., but was a bit too dark for me. And breakfast buffet - disaster. Tasteless, choice poor, bread and pastries stale. Would not come to stay again. On the other hand - very comfy bed, duvet and pillows.

We were satisfied with our stay. Location iš very good, good was good, the only thing we didn’t enjoy iš SPA. Jacuzzi was cold.

Great location and comfortable hotel

Stayed for 10 nights at this hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is great as next to Origo shopping and central station. Central market just 5 minutes away and other attractions also a short walk away. Price is also reasonable. One thing to note is that lighting in the room is very dim and makes working in the room difficult.
