Well located hotel with parking in front of hotel. Unfortunatelly I asled to help with surprise for my wife, because it was her 30th birthday on the day of arrival but my request was ignored ( we travel on her birthday every year and all of hotels makes surprises from their side as well as my requested surprises ). Moreover, I chose this hotel because of the sauna and jacuzzi, but while I was chekckin in when I asked when can we use it I was informed that is closed during the summer season and no alternatives or discount was offered to us what really disapointed.

We visited from the countryside of Latvia to meet our son who came from Copenhagen to attend an event in Riga. We were very happy with our reception and the courtesy shown by the front desk. We were upgraded (members) and loved the room. The only issue was language. My wife is Latvian and (reasonably) expects at least some Latvian in a hotel in Riga. It would be great if your Ukrainian staff could learn at least some basic Latvian even if it is just to say that they don't speak Latvian. And, it would be super if your Latvian staff wouldn't excuse the Ukrainians not learning LV by saying the language is difficult.

Well located near city center and transport hubs. Room was clean and neat. Gym was working, quite basic, some items like elastics need replacement. Sauna/small swimming pool was not working, hooefuky because of renovation. Breakfast was good, coffee is not tasty and juices are not good either. Very nice cakes though, good selection of local cheeses.
