The Traveler restaurant was advertised all the time on room infoTV but it was never open in the evening. The cleaners came to clean the room quite early in the morning. Often it wasn't possible to leave the room before the cleaners came in, which was a bit annoying. The rooms were clean and quiet

Excellent location, easy to reach from bur or train station. A special thanks to cleaning lady as well as Karlis the guy at the reception for his prompt answers to any questions. The gym was a bit small and disappointing. Other than that excellent facilities. The bartender was very nice with good drink offers.

Hotel is well located, standard rooms are small but ok. We had some trouble as the hotel bar was closed for an event. Service is friendly. Breakfast is ok. Gym needs some renovation. No other complaints.

Reception staff were very polite, friendly and efficient. We arrived early, expecting to store baggage but we were able to check in immediately. We were offered an upgrade to an executive room but warned that building work on the higher floors would disturb us so were assigned a smaller room on the second floor. It was quiet, pleasant and clean but too warm as the thermostat reverted to a default after a few hours whenever we changed it. The breakfast room was quiet and had a good selection. During the building work next door it is an awkward walk along a busy road with no pavement (sidewalk) from station to hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and other attractions of Riga. Apart from journeys to and from the airport, we never had to use public transport.

The hotel is located near the main train station, coach terminal and shopping center. The old town is 15 minutes away on foot. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is very good and it includes local food. Food at the restaurant is fusion of local ingredients with Asian flavours.

Nice and well situated hotel in Riga. Because I don't usually need anything I put on sign on the doorknob and in your case it is "do not desturb" but I suggest you add one tag where I can say no to cleaning because that is what I am saying when I hang do not desturb tag on the knob.

I found the hotel lovely. The front desk staff was very helpful and were able to get me checked in a couple hours early which was wonderful after travelling. The room was mostly comfortable though it was constantly very warm and despite my attempts to lower the thermostat setting it remained very warm the entire time. The restaurant and bar staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The quality of the food and drinks were very nice.
