Hotel lacked of facilities. We had to leave our suitcases in a meeting room, not secured, as the lockable luggage facility room was overfilled, because it’s too small. Sunday at the breakfast buffet, could not cater for the guest. Heavily lack of food and beverages. Cups, cutlery, plates were not existent, as they eventually provided us with paper cups for drinks. Understaffed in providing a positive guest experienced and to be able to manage and cope for such a high demand during peak breakfast period. Only positive note is the location of the hotel.

Breakfast was too late for Business travelllers. No breakfast Bags were available….. We should have made the breakfast order by 7pm previous night, but this was informed us, when we tried to make the order at 8 pm. This was the first time for me staying at a hotel without any breakfast. Flexibility and Customer Service needs to be improved. I won’t choose this hotel next time I am visiting Riga

Very poor hotel, not up to standards of Accor/Mercure. The hotel itself is in good location that is about it that is good. Rooms are too hot and air would not work ask for this to be fixed and advised it would’ve switched on it never did called again and advised it cannot be changed. The beds are so small we had a twin room and the beds was like a child’s bed. Breakfast is a complete disaster I can’t tell how it was as the queue was out the door and you could not get seated. Music being played from the down stairs bar into the early hours and you could hear the bass from the 7th floor. Bar for guest closed early on private party being served.. Avoid hotel if you can!!

Toilette floor was very cold, control unit did not work. Personnel was quite unfriendly. Breakfast started only at 7 am and it was not possible to book a breakfast package in the evening, thus we did not get any breakfast even though it was paid. Bar/restaurant was not open in the evening at all on Monday and on Tuesday not after 8 pm.

Nice location, clean but disaster breakfast service. We went down and there were no plates, cups or glasses. We had to use paper cups, gave up for waiting for butter refill etc. never experienced such a non- service in a 4 star hotel. The second day we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel.
