Our one night stay before an early flight was good. Close and handy to the airport. Plus they offer car parking while you are away. The room was a little tired, with torn curtains and blinds did not fully cover the windows. Very noisy from other guests in the corridor leaving early in the morning. A small mix up with two charges on our credit card which was sorted quickly after I advised them of said charges.

Apart from the staff who were pretty friendly, this hotel has alot of issues. - Cleaning was done every other day and not up to standard, the rugs of the hotel smelled old - My room was facing the highway and it was noisy every morning from the traffic. - At night the ac/heater stopped working woke to a very stuffy room with no ventilation around 1am - Asked for a late check out since i didn't get enough sleep and it got rejected even though there were so many rooms available.

We arrived with the understanding we could arrange dinner for our family through room service, only to be advised by reception that the kitchen was closed. An hour and a half earlier than advertised. After a long day of travel and a very early flight the next morning, being told we could walk down to Subway was just unacceptable. Come on Mantra Hobart Airport - do better!!!

Disappointed. Because we arrived at 7.20pm . We had to get a Taxi to accomodation with a charge of $30. Restaurant was closed. We also booked accomodation after our trip .airport conditioner was not working and room was cold. After several attempts to fix air conditioner, we were transferred to another room. Restaurant not opened as it was a Monday!

Everything we needed; very clean; reasonably priced; very convenient to the airport. Our only complaint was that there weren’t enough blankets, so we were a bit cold, despite the aircon.

Greeting was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the blinds did not work and well worn to the point one side did not work at all, the other side closed half way, the draw curtains were old and ripped in sections, this allowed light in from the front of the hotel. Noise from the aircon\heating system was next to our room, lucky we had ear plugs. Unfortunately the the staff were let down with an aging Hotel that is in need of maintenance.

The hotel was close to airport which worked well for early flight. Beds comfortable room clean. The hotel is basic, the restaurant basic but the price reflects this.

This was a completely out of character Accor stay. Dated, damaged room. Ok breakfast. Friendly but absent staff. Comfortable bed. Run down hospital vibes.

I checked in late and had to depart early so it was a very short stay. The bed was super comfortable, a great shower and I really like the amenities provided in the bathroom. The only negative was there was no shuttle at 5am when I had to leave for a 6am flight. The person who checked me in was especially helpful and polite.

This was a great hotel for a pre flight stay the room was comfortable both dinner and breakfast meals were great and the staff exceptional especially the Chinese gentleman in who served us dinner. We certainly will use hotel again when flying from Hobart.
