Have stayed twice in the past 2 weeks. Heater not working or so noisy that you can’t sleep, lights in bathroom not working, lukewarm shower with terrible water pressure, door number plaques on floor while paper numbers blue-tacked to door. No double glazing so woken by traffic noise. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Unfortunately, the staff are obviously so used to hearing such feedback that they were completely disinterested in receiving it face to face when I was checking out.
