We enjoyed a great stay at Mantra One Sandy Bay Road. The hotel is so well located and proximate to central Hobart, Salamanca Place, Battery Point and the waterfront. We stayed in a bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The high ceilings of the old converted building added an airy feel. Our check in and check out experience was warm, friendly and helpful. I can only say good things to my family and friends about our stay. It would be great if in any future renovations that some data/use points are installed.

Have stayed before, will stay again. but will be requesting to stay in a different apartment because we were unhappy that the heater was broken and pumping hot air in for our whole stay and we weren't able to open a window; reception unable to assist. Also the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

This was ideal for our one week stay in Hobert. We could walk everwhere (well, almost) from its perfect location. Very spacious apartment with great facilities.

Our executive apartment offered everything we wanted for a very comfortable stay. Well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable bed and lounge room. Appreciated items such as a wide range of teas, & detergent for the washing machine.

We stayed here for five nights, in a one bedroom apartment, and were very happy with the stay. The hotel is in a terrific location, just a short walk from Salamanca, many restaurants, the harbourside and the city. Our apartment was well furnished, had a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and living areas. There was no parking available in the hotel (all the spots were taken, since we had not done an advance booking); but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our plan was to be out most of the day, and William, at check-in, told us where we could park just up the road at a very reasonable hourly cost between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm (free on weekends). The kitchen is a bit icky in places, and needs a clean. And some drawers were broken and not operable. But putting this aside, the rest of the apartment was ok.
