Stayed here as a reward for completing the 3 Capes Walk/Experience for a night. As an Accor Platinum member, did not receive any on the day room upgrades and a request for 2pm late checkout was not available. Tesoro's was a great in-hotel restaurant --- used it for both dinner and breakfast. Have asked for meeting rooms to use during my stay but was offered to stay at Tesoro's instead which was acceptable (just not private). On other stays in other Accor hotels, I have received a bottle of wine on arrival but this was meeting during this occasion.
