Except for the fact that most of our group booking were given walls to stare at as our room view, this hotel is quite pleasant to stay at and the customer service at front desk was great!

My husband and I booked a stay while waiting for our rental unit to be ready for us to move in. The staff (Samantha and Janicka) were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us with some issues that we encountered with our rental unit. Being new to the country, I appreciated the time they took to explain more about the processes and where we could find assistance.
