Good room and cooked to order breakfast. Only issue was a dirty kettle which we didn't use anyway!

The reception staff took my booking over the phone efficiently, were welcoming on my arrival and remembered me from previous stays. My room was clean and spacious. I especially like the removal of minibar items, minimalising clutter, and refillable soap containers. The towels were immaculate and appliances clean.

We had a great weekend stay at that Mantra on Collins. The staff were very friendly and accommodating including allowing an early check in and lending an AC adapter over the weekend to charge our phones. The cooked to order breakfast inclusion was great value and delicious.

All staff front desk and cleaners were so helpful and accommodating, easy location, breakfast but no restaurant or room service but close to all outlets shopping mall and restaurants 1 street from the wharf. Underneath the carpet bumpy but no big deal. Good price!

Love the location of this place, configuration of rooms have suited us in many scenarios (Couple, then holidays with friends and now with 3 generations - Wife, Daughter & Grand Daughter). We have been at the Mantra many times over the last 10-15 years and we have never found a reason to move elsewhere

Nice staff. Clean room that was re-cleaned daily. The breakfast option was excellent as it’s made to order (not buffet) by the cafe downstairs which has great food.
