I had to make a last minute booking due to my husband landing himself in hospital. The location was perfect no only to the hospital but to everything and the staff went above and beyond.

Luke Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Nice rooms, awesome staff, but the aircon would not go down below 20 degrees, regularly went up to 22, staff could only bring it to 20 and it was stifling in the room. Oh and would turn off every hour or so and need to be reset. Also no windows to open. "Trying to conserve energy" is a great slogan, but you are losing customers because you are renting out a sauna, not a hotel.

Dear Luke, On behalf of all the team we would again like to apologise for the discomfort you experienced. During your stay we encountered an Air Con issue impacting 2 floors of the hotel for which parts were needed to be ordered to fix the issue that impacted the AC output. The issue required us to manually re start the AC every hour or so. Luke this was not part of our energy saving initiatives but an AC fault. The AC technicians are replacing the impacted parts to ensure full operational standards are delivered. I am sorry that this impacted on your stay with us.
