I stay at 1 night but staff keep asking me again and again I stay or someone stay at. It was so annoy if I book a hotel at under a staff rate. I know a terms and conditions of its Accor benefit. Please do not rude like that again. How do you think if someone did that with you on your travel day and rest day? So bad at Mantra Hotel in Hobart.

Our stay was very comfortable and we loved that the location was close to amenities and the waterfront. The only negative was having to have the keycard rekeyed a few times. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay. All staff were excellent.

Staff were amazing, great location, very clean. We had an awkward shaped room and the furnishings weren't very comfortable. Great bed but terrible pillows!
