Although this is a budget end hotel and the rooms are small, the staff are super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help you out. It is very centrally located in Hobart - we walked everywhere - and parking is right next door at a very reasonable price. The cafe on the ground floor does a great breakfast too. One request: please replace the cold, white light globes to something warm and ambient - the rooms would look a lot more welcoming then!

The staff were incredible and so friendly. We asked for some information about tourist attractions/Bruno Island and they were very informative. We had to extend our stay by one more night last min due to our flights being cancelled and they were so quick to accommodate us, letting us know as soon as the room was ready. This gave us peace of mind and made our last day much more better

Picked because of the location and convenient parking. Wasn’t disappointed! Every staff member we encountered (front of house, housekeeping) was lovely - helpful and cheery. Loved having access to a free laundry and very thoughtful of you to have a tub of washing powder available - that was much appreciated. We had a 1 bdrm apartment and adjoining connecting room. Worked very well. Kitchen good, and again - very thoughtful to have washing liquid, although a pot scrubber would have been good too - especially for a 6 night stay. Limited recycling via notice by the lift - a notice in the kitchen would have been great. Wasn’t sure about paper and plastic containers, but separated that out just in case.
