Convenient location being easy to get to by car and parking available within great proximity. Easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and many tourist attractions.

We stayed at Mantra on Collins for three nights and had an amazing stay. Spacious rooms and an extremely comfortable bed. Loved the location and appreciated all of the friendly staff who provided local knowledge. Thanks for a great stay!

Our trip was completely derailed by a traveller testing positive for covid. The staff there were extremely helpful and supportive in such a troubling time. They communicated well and treated us with respect even though we were feeling so guilty after bringing this issue to their hotel.

Room was smaller than expected, especially for the price. A little out-dated and didn't really match the photos on the website when I booked. Also no room service but I can understand that not being provided at this time. Overall a bit overpriced for what you get.

Scammed by gift voucher

Terrible. We were given an Accor gift card for Xmas. We book with mantra on Collins to use the certificate and the hotel refused to allow us to use it saying “mantra didn’t acknowledge Accor gift card”. I will not ever stay in a mantra again.

I am sorry that your experience in trying to use an Accor Gift Card was not an option at Mantra. This is indicated in the terms and conditions that are part of the Gift Card purchase and subsequent use. There is a substantial list of where you are able to use the Gift Card that you are of course still able to redeem. At no stage have we acted inappropriately nor "scammed" you as the T&C indicate Mantra is not a part of the Gift Card program. We appreciate your concerns, and I am genuinely sorry that this impacted upon your stay at Mantra Collins. The staff were lovely and very informative and supportive. However the hotel room was disappointing - I have paid less and gotten much more with respect to the room. The little cafeteria down stairs served breakfast only - which was lovely.

Air con we needed to request multiple times to have turned on. There is little this hotel offers. Very expensive for room we got. Staff at counter were great though.

I had booked a Queen room but at check-in I was offered a larger room with a kitchenette. Much appreciated. The hotel is perfectly located, a couple of minutes by foot from most touristic attractions and tour pick-up points. Highly recommended.

Cons: - no room service for dinner (kitchen is for breakfast only) - parking is not included in room stay fee and is $18 additional if parking overnight and charged every time you put your car in and out. - couch in living area of apartment is very uncomfortable and only for 1 person. Pros: - location is good walking distance for restaurants along the marina area - could see staff sanitising in the morning

Room very comfortable excellent soundproofing, I slept really well. All that you need is there, though I had asked for low fat milk which wasn't in the fridge still as the breakfast was great,I guess that can be forgiven

Front of house staff offered a Warm welcome, the rooms are clean and the property is well located as it is walking distance to waterfront, Salamanca etc. Adjacent parking is well priced. Would be happy to stay here again.

We had stayed at the Mantra Collins in February last year and enjoyed the location, our large suite, the very friendly helpful staff, easy secure parking behind the hotel, so this time around our choice was easy. Being in easy walking distance of some great restaurants and pubs Manta Collins checked all our boxes. Looking forward to another return visit..

A nice clean room in a central location near wharf area and shopping mall. Great staff who were very helpful and made you feel at home. There is a cafe on the ground floor for breakfast and a discount is offered for in-house guests.
