Very poor worst hotel in Australia rooms to small no room for bags etc not toaster etc embarrassing to stay there

Hotel is well presented, very friendly staff that made you feel welcome and that they were interested in you. Parking was great and restaurant (only had breakfast) was well stocked and it was not a problem for staff to get you something that was not there e.g honey etc

It was a good stay, except for the fact that it was requested for the car park and meals to be charged to the company credit card that the accommodation was booked on but when our employees were there they had to pay on their own cards for parking and meals and were not spoken to nicely by the male worker there and were told that was incorrect - although it is in writing with the booking. We have had our employees staying there quite a few times now so this was very disappointing.

My first time with IBIS

It was pretty good to be honest. The Travel Lodge suggested I stay with you. It was terrific value all in all. There was no conditioner in the bathroom or milk in the bar fridge but I figured these may have been covid-related costs savings - no big deal to be honest. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were all remarkably professional and extremely polished.

We used over complimentary free night through Accor to stay at the Ibis Styles and was suitably impressed. Although the rooms are quite small the bed was comfortable, and everything is still quite new and modern. The position of the hotel is nice and close to everything. We chose the $29 banquet and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We would choose to stay here again when visiting Hobart
