Extreamly family friendly, Mrs Good guy the restaurant, did not find family friendly with their menu. And every thing was extreamly spicy.

Felt very safe and secure with preventative Covid-19 measures in place. Staff welcomed me back after my break in isolation. They seemed pleased to see me back.

We used over complimentary free night through Accor to stay at the Ibis Styles and was suitably impressed. Although the rooms are quite small the bed was comfortable, and everything is still quite new and modern. The position of the hotel is nice and close to everything. We chose the $29 banquet and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We would choose to stay here again when visiting Hobart

This was so well located I did not need to use my car around the city. Very quiet room with nice view over to the mountain. The only thing that I did not enjoy about my stay was the dining experience. I thought the meal was a let down

It was excellent to finally be able to stay somewhere! The staff were excellent and no problems with the room and service. Sad that we couldn't have a decent coffee from the coffee machine in the morning even though there was a basic breakfast on offer

I forgot to mentioned when we checked out but the only feedback I have is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work and the fridge had a rotten smell, not overly sure if it was the milk of maybe because the fridge hasn’t been used regularly due to covid-19. Other then that we had a great time and we will be back. Ps we were in room 1002

It is always clean and welcoming. The only criticism is that I tried to call reception at 10pm (after hours) and couldn't get hold of anyone. The heating hadn't been turned on and we froze the night. I slept in my puffer jacket. We hadn't taken any notice of it before because we had been for a swim in the pool and warmed up after a hot shower. By the time we realised the room wasn't warming up it was late.

Very nice atmosphere and very comfy room and bed. Slept well. Nice staff & very clean. Only thing I would want to change is the menu at the restaurant. Don't know if its changed in years. Being Vegan and having dinner at an Asian restaurant I was expecting some very good food options for Vegans but unfortunately there was only a small selection available on the menu. I ordered a silken Tofu dish and some spring rolls. The spring rolls were quite nice but the main dish was not very nice at all. Like I said, being an Asian kitchen I thought they would have had a lot more available. Very disappointing in that respect, especially as the Vegan diet has come so far. These days more and more vendors are offering up plenty of delicious Vegan options but not this one.

Only disapointment was the pool and sauna not available although we understood why, we just wish it was mentioned on the website when booking and we would've held off our stay for a week or so.

I really enjoyed the stay. The room was nice. Although the shower area was a lot smaller than in a previous room I stayed in at the same hotel only a few days prior. I like the rain shower head as well and the other one. The car park in convenient, but smells of fumes. I actually wonder if there is any hazard with the smell / or potential carbon monoxide. But overall I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately I was not able to use the fitness centre or swimming pool and there was no discount/subsidy or room upgrade with this disappointment. I understand it's hard times and I hope the cover-19 will be over soon. When I come back to Hobart I'll definitely come back to Ibis.
