My experience with every member of staff was very positive. Reception staff were most helpful and pleasant. Everyone I met in the Goodguys whether for dinner or breakfast could not have been more helpful, it was delightful having people concentrating on my comfort. Excellent attitude all round.

Great location. Good facilities. Nice rooms. Staff are all super lovely. I am however frustrated about the parking situation. I booked with Ibis Styles because of the advertised free parking. I was told there would be parking available before booking. However, when I arrived, I was told the car park was full, and I would instead have to park in a different car park a street over. I have no problem with the distance as it was still relatively close, no more than a two minute walk. However, I do have an issue with being charged $17 dollars a night to use this alternate parking lot. While I only stayed at Ibis 2 nights, which equates to $34, had I been staying a week or more, that would jump to over $100 very quickly. I paid the money and did not kick up a fuss for the staff, as it is not their fault this occurred. But I am angry at management for their false information. If you have limited parking options, meaning there is not enough spots for ever room to be allocated one, say so!!! If you had this one the website, people would not be blindsided. If this is a common occurrence, I will be taking my business else where as it is a major inconvenience and I do not like being lied to. But to reiterate, The staff were fantastic, Everything was very clean and neat, and the pool was a perfect length. The gym could probably be improved upon, But I was still able to get a decent workout while staying there so I would call that a positive.

WandaMore Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Excellent service, clean rooms. A group of us stayed at the start and end of our Three Capes Trek adventure. The hotel was happy to store our excess bags. Very central for restaurants, marina all walking distance. Big thank you Dave especially for your hospitality.
