Great customer service, helpful and friendly staff. The room were very clean and location was very easy to find parking on the weekend and so central walking distance to everything in Hobart. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at the Ibis Styles Hobart a number of times, and each time it is fine but not great. PROS - the room is clean and bed is comfortable. CONS - There is no room service, which is poor considering there is a restaurant on site. The room amenities are minimal, not even providing hand towel in the bathrooms. The staff appear unfriendly on the whole. Overall rating would be "fine".

Overall, it is a pleasant to stay with Ibis. My only suggestion is to have a slight change in the breakfast menu as I stayed there for one week and the everyday breakfast menu is the same.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. As a member, we are offered an upgrade and then they tried even harder, to get us a higher floor for a view. Free drinks voucher were provided. The hotel was as I expected, business travel style, no frills. Comfortable and everything we needed. I do think the rooms are very efficient, but a bit too small.

Everything was good except no fresh fruit apart from apples, this was disappointing. Due to my health problems I did not like the location too hilly.

On arrival the staff at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean modern and new. Having breakfast included was the best way to start the day. The facilities were amazing especially the pool. Being on the 10th floor the view was breath taking.

The room was barely acceptable. Two small single beds only. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet and we were not happy. David came and saw us and understood our concerns. He explained most of the guests only stayed one night, whereas we were staying for 8 nights. If everywhere in Hobart hadn't been booked out we would have moved but we had no choice and just made the most of it. Rooms were not cleaned until quite late in the afternoons.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little pokey with not enough bench space, gym equipment was okay, and I enjoyed the sauna and the view from the pool was lovely. I loved how the air conditioning was completely silent and there was very little sound disturbance from nearby rooms. I also appreciated the free wifi as I was travelling for business purposes.
