For my needs it's a perfectly located hotel. I need a comfortable room for an overnight stay, with enough services (restaurant, parking, breakfast). And if I want to go out, the great fishing port area is nearby for a great meal.

Friendly efficient reception staff. Good breakfast. Clean room, however ideally would have preferred an enclosed bathroom. Our room was soundproof which was great. We are not fans of dogs and was unhappy to hear a dog yapping when walking along the corridor to our room. I suspect the dog may have been left alone. Dogs should have been well away from other visitors.

Nice Ibis style hotel in Santander. Good size room and good breakfast. Free parking on a first come basis. The horel is very expensive. One night stay plus breakfast and dogs cost 214 Euros. This was more than two nights stay in an Ibis Stles in Dax the following day (All in cost 201 Euros!).

We did a prepaid rate on a 3 night stay. We had an emergency and had to leave a day earlier. The desk clerk told us he would see about getting a refund for the unused night and would let us know via e mail later that day, we were not expecting anything but we never did get an e mail with an answer. Overall, the stay was good, a bit disconnected from The city and nothing else around. Felt like an industrial part of the town with quite a walk ( or a cheap uber ride) to anywhere you wanted to be. Staff are what make this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay and meals. Pleased we had a room with a terrace and the king sized bed was great. The park was a plus for dog lovers. Only negative was the car park needs better signage (we missed it) but was pleased it was secure )once we found it). 10 minutes to the ferry was GREAT.

It’s the standard quality we expect from Ibis. Spacious bedroom with a balcony and clean. Breakfast was good too. Water pressure for showers was terrible, that would be the only thing needing improvement.
