Good afternoon, Katherine: First of all, thank you for choosing us for your stay in Santander. We are very sorry to hear about the issue with your room, and we will do our best to rectify it, as we were not aware of the problem. Given that only that one room was affected, we believe this to be an isolated incident. Furthermore, the hotel took the necessary measures available at the time. The solution was to offer a room change to another room that did not have this problem, which was accepted, on the same floor as the rest of your family, as the other two rooms did not have this problem. Fortunately, you were able to rest in another room without this odour issue, and without any other problems, as you did not report any further issues upon checking out of the hotel.
