Lovely hotel, friendly staff at check in who gave us complimentary tea on arrival and the friendly concierge who showed us to our room. All the staff were lovely and whilst we didn’t speak Turkish they were always helpful. The room was well appointed, there was an issue with the air conditioning and which during the day provided a nice cool breeze but during the evening it only provides warm air, the lady at reception did her best to find a solution but it’s centrally controlled and was only able to set it up to fan which wasn’t cool just circulated the warm air, we just turned it off and managed to open the window wider which helped. One of the best breakfast I’ve had in Turkey a fantastic range of hot and cold items and delicious. Would gladly return and it’s located next to the Metro.

Overall experience is good, staff are helpful and polite. However, the smell of smoking is too strong in the room.

Our experience with our large family was overall very good. Only downside was the wrong calculation of the cost of the stay initially, we had to still pay small amount during check out although we did not have any extras where we lost some time.

The hotel is well located and staff friendly. However hotel is old and needs updating.
