Hotel ok but a few annoyances

Breakfast was really good with a decent selection of items each day. While they have filter coffee at the breakfast buffet rhey will make you whatever coffee you want which is a nice touch. The staff was ok. Not all spoke English. Upon check in the reception staff completely ruined my name and date of birth on the check in forms. The room didn’t have air conditioning in the winter. The building is fairly new and well insulated so having the choice of air conditioning would have been nice as it did get warm. We were on the 18th floor so opened the window and that helped, though it made the call to prayer louder first thing in the morning.
