Nice hotel and friendly staff. However, people smoke inside the rooms (I'm not a smoker and my room still smelled because of the previous guests..). Apart from that, the airco was not working either. Both of these things forced me to sleep with windows open but it didn't help ventilating the room and added a lot of noice during the night since I was on the street side. In addition, the bathtub setup makes a very slippy situation since uou have to get out at the curved side of the bath. There are several other things to note but these were the major points.

The location of the hotel is good. It is close to Kızılay, there is easy access to public transport. The staff is also good and friendly. However, it is important to pay attention to a number of points: 1. Some foods are not enough at breakfast and this is especially noticeable when you arrive 1 hour before breakfast ends. For example, during the last 2 days of our stay at the hotel, the croissants were out of breakfast and when we asked for them, they said that it would take 15-20 minutes to bring new croissants. However, this is not desirable for an Accor hotel; 2. The fitness room is not maintained. Since the air conditioner in the fitness room is constantly off, the hall is cold and takes time to heat up. There is no drinking water in the hall and there is only 1 towel at all times. The number of guests using the fitness room may be small, but this does not justify the lack of maintenance of the hall.
