Receptionist not really understand English. There are only just 2 bottles of water per day. I called receptionist and they sent us minibar water even through didn’t tell us is chargeable. After received, I call receptionist but he doesn’t understand what I am talking about. Need to explain a lot. Finally, the toilet is really smelly. We need to close the door every time after we used.

Highly trained staff for international guest and they ready provide any support you will need. 5 stars to all staff. Hotel rooms in a satisfied condition but need’s technical attention. From a negative view: near club and it’s music you can hear even in your room.

Staff were extremely helpful in all regards. Food was good. Rooms were functional and really clean. Overall I'd definitely recommend staying here. However, the fly in the ointment is that the local mosque insists on blaring out the ezan at 04:20 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, then you will wake up like I did every morning. It must be emphasised that this is a common problem in Turkey not particularly exclusive to this hotel.

The Hotel looks nice but the vale parking was disappointing as 1) the vale did not lock the vehicle upon parking it outside and 2) the soaps in the room were watered down.

I booked the Mercure Ankara Kizilay as a base for a family reunion. I needed a hotel that was centrally located and accessible for my elderly father. Unfortunately, we had a very stressful flight transfer from Istanbul which meant that my father wasn't very well and rather than the hotel being just a room - to come back to from family celebrations - it became our base and we spent the majority of our time in Ankara in our room/around the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful in terms of arranging an early check-in (which I had not requested), finding a chair for my Dad to use in the shower so he had something to hold, securing us cabs and ensuring we were taken care off by the drivers. Merve in the restaurant was particularly helpful as we ended up having a big family dinner there as my father was unable to travel too far from the hotel. These moments of support made what was an incredibly stressful trip, much less stressful. Thank you.

hotel is located in the center of city you can go anywhere you want in 5-10min. (by car) very clean decent hotel with an amazing foods. breakfast is delicious and many food serving everyday. personel is helpful, the only downside of hotel is, its noisy during night cuz of night clubs around the area. a bit boomy sound coming to the room till morning.
