Everything was excellent. I would especially like to thank the hotel staff for their help when I had an issue with a taxi driver who did not want to accept card payment. To my surprise, the reception staff even assisted me in Russian, which made the situation much easier to resolve. I am very grateful for their kindness and support. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good-quality bedding. I also appreciated finding two complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator. The kettle, tea, and coffee provided in the room were a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a cup of tea before bed and some coffee in the morning. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of food and excellent coffee. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. I would be happy to stay here again.
