We checked in to the room. Toilet lid was not staying in the back. Keep falling so you can’t sit and use it. We called front desk and they sent someone to fix it. Guy said he tried his best but couldn’t fix it. Then window handle was broken. They left it open I couldn’t even close it. AC was not cooling enough. Front desk said hotel is full they can’t change our room. Our stay in ibis was total disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone or I would not stay again.

We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be checked in immediately. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated having a kettle in the room, along with complimentary tea and coffee — a nice touch after a long journey.
