Your personal Yavuz Bulut kept us for nothing

Wr arrived your hotel from airport and your guy in reception Yavuz Bulut kept us two hours for a ridiculous reason. Then he told us no room left and sent us another hotel at 2:26am in the morning. He didn’t even apologise for his rude behaviour. We won’t use your hotel anymore.

Poor room ventilation. Old furnitures. Unprofessional restaurant staff(sorry sir what was your order? After waiting my order ais 30 minutes...) Ramada, Hilton is cheaper and have much better services.
