It is not my first visit to this hotel. Unfortunately, negative experience is the same every time: VERY hard mattress (it seems to me that there should be one more final mattress, but it was taken away, so the bed is lower now and guests have to sleep at the bottom "preliminary" mattress), VERY noisy, this can't be solved easily, I understand - but I always take my earplugs. But I like the location, the stuff is always welcoming, the rooms are clean, no cigarette smell (it's rare in Ankara and Turkey, even in considered good chain hotels), bedsheets without stains and holes (also rare), towels are also nice and clean and the shower is without mold and clean overall. PLEASE add mattresses!

Windows were defective, not closing properly resulting cold and too much noise. Bed was small, hard and short causing back pain. Pillows were not good. There was something like disco nearby high music until very late time.

The upgrade was very welcome although the noise from the disco outside was loud. The restaurant is not very efficient and the staff need to be more alert. The welcome drink voucher in the app couldn't be used - I had to get a voucher from the front desk before the restaurant would give me a beer

The reservation was made by ALL App , but the behaviour of the hotel team was not nice and their communication method was not professional, no welcome or warm behaviour at arrival and no one care about our luggage. just given a room card and all. the bed was not comfortable, the music from outside was too high and take up to 2:00 midnight , as hotel was near to a bar , interesting that hotel not care about guests and no action taken and as a business traveller , canot focus on my emails nor able to sleep. same issue during the leaving the hotel , no care of luggage even the weather was rainy. as a frequent traveller to ankara which mostly stay at Marriot , I try this hotel for an alternate but it was one of my worst expereince.

I am a non smoker. As far as I know smoking is not allowed by law inside public places. I stayed in room 1515 and there was an intense smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Room was for smokers. I’m not. I arrived very late ⏰ have no time to change room or arguing. Room was dirty from previous costumers I think ( ashes was on the table) room smells like pub. I tried to open window but window Handel was broken. Check it btw. Bed was clean but smell of cigarets was so strong I couldn’t feel anything ( so I was hoping bed and towels was clean)

Location is good, service was excellent, breakfast had lots of choices. Walls between rooms seemed thin as my neighbours kept me up from 2 am to 5 am talking. Temperature in the room was 30 C and difficult to bring down to something reasonable without just turning of the system.
