Here’s a draft for your review of a business hotel: I expected much better from a so-called world-class business hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Basic amenities like a dental kit were not provided in the room, which is something even mid-range hotels manage to get right. Each time we needed something as simple as a toothbrush, we had to call the reception and wait for it to be delivered — highly inconvenient, especially for business travelers who value time and efficiency. For a hotel positioning itself as a premium property, these small oversights add up and leave a poor impression. The service itself was polite, but the lack of attention to essential details made the stay less comfortable than expected. Definitely not the seamless experience one would hope for at this price point. Want me to adjust the tone — maybe make it more formal, more blunt, or even sarcastic?
