1. room door was not closing by itself. it was creating safety related issues. 2. the door of the refrigerator in the room could not be closed. thus the refrigerator light remain on and creating illumination into the room at night. 3. most of the staff in the breakfast was unfriendly. 4. there was too much loud coming from the outside into the room at even at 10:00 pm (from the bars around)

It was a good room for a week stay. The pool, hot tub, sauna, steam bath made evenings enjoyable. Breakfast was good. Daily cleaning was well done.

Everything was great, I stay at the hotel for my business trips and it already feels like home :) sometimes staff in restaurant doesn’t speak English and it can be hard to communicate. Also toothpaste pack from the set is nearly impossible to open ))) but lovely cleaning lady is bringing me regular paste in the tube. But these are minor things, besides personal is very helpful and welcoming! Thank you very much!
