The Hotel and staff are fine I was very comfortable at the hotel but I made a mistake of booking through an external site and the charges they made for services = €230 I can't believe that Acoorr does not check such agencies at the end of the day it was my mistake

Nice hotel delicious breakfast but staff was unhelpful when I complained that despite my request to be in a quiet room away from elevator I was in fact just opposite the elevator....
