Dear Sir/Madam, This is a final escalation regarding my booking at Hotel Stratford San Francisco (Booking ID: 19…). The room was advertised with air conditioning. However, the actual room provided had no air conditioning, only a fan. Your staff explicitly confirmed that this information has not been updated for over a year. This is not a minor issue. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and false advertising under California law. I did not receive the service I paid for. The compensation of USD 28 in AgodaCash is unacceptable and does not reflect the severity of the issue. I am therefore requesting: A monetary refund (partial or full) Not credits, but actual refund to original payment method Please note: If this matter is not resolved within 24 hour, I will proceed with: Filing a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs Reporting to the San Francisco District Attorney (Consumer Protection) Initiating a Small Claims Court case Publishing factual reviews with supporting evidence I have already documented all evidence, including photos and admission from your staff. This issue involves inaccurate listing maintained for over a year and directly impacts customer trust across third-party platforms. This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably.
