The stay instead was nice, the shower was smaller than anticipated and there was nowhere to store leftovers or reheat them. Definitely could use a full length mirror on the back of a door or something.

1. Urine stain on the toilet in my room, found right after I checked in. 2. There is no controllable heat in the room! I was shivering in the room, they only turn on the radiator in the room on certain time so for most of the time I was freezing cold. Eventually I got cold. 3. When I brought up the problem with temperature, the staff members were extremely cold, no apology, just tell me it is what it is. One of the staff promised me to send an engineer to my room to check, no one ever came. One other staff told me she could look for a portable heater, and never let me know if she found one. 4. The wind goes into the door so easily, I can feel strong gusts of wind on my bad. 5. The water volume was very low in the shower. 6. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided, somehow unusual.

Good location. Found hair on the bed when I check in first night but I was exhausted from travelling didn’t make any complaint to front desk. Heat was not working properly, I was freezing in the night. No fridge or microwave.

It was very good overall. The noose was little bothering. There can a trash bin in the bedroom. A sitting sofa or comfortable chair would be needed. There is no place to sit other than bed.
