I had a very nice experience with the hotel. First of all the location is very good as it is at the center of union square. As a Gold Accor member I received the benefits of room upgrade and late check out. Staff is accommodating.

Super clean modern room in the heart of Union Square. Booked with the breakfast option and was glad I did as it made the start of my day that much easier. Cozy lobby and breakfast room. Will book again for sure.

The hotel was clean and located centrally well. However, it is a bit too central, it is so close to the tram line I barely slept at all the entire stay. Added to that with the music from outside it felt the walls were made out of paper mache. My blinds also couldn't close so had light coming in from outside. Reception also charged me twice for the room and I still havent had this resolved or had a reply to an email I sent nearly a week ago now ... would not recommend
