The system was down so it took 2 days to charge my card. And I didn’t realize there is no coffee in the room. Nevertheless, there is a coffee bar downstairs and Starbucks across the street. I like that it was a 3-block walk to the BART station to get back to SFO. The staff were all pleasant and helpful,

Very small to small breakfast with almost no options, even then options are sold out. Very small bed, with smallest toilet ever. Location good and very friendlu staff at checkin.

the room and amenities were on point, or even way above what you’d expect from a 3* hotel i’m taking 2 points out for the room, would expect an “upgrade” to be actually located to less noisy area. didn’t bother me at all given i’m a hard sleeper, but while trying to relax in the evening, it was bothersome
