The location was great. The constant noise from the three hotels surrounding this hotel who were on strike was never ending. Drums banging and blow horns blowing. 7 AM till 10 PM every day. Coffee in the lobby doesn’t come out till 8:30 AM. You’d think with all the noise outside starting at 7am that coffee could come out earlier. Anyway, first world problems.

Hotel Stratford double charged me. On the day of arrival, they could not find my reservation. I shared with them my booking and payment confirmation from Agoda. On the day that I left, after checking out, they went ahead and charged me AGAIN for the stay. When I queried this, they said they would refund the double charge but I am yet to receive it - I highly doubt I will get this money back! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! Shocking experience!
