We had a fantastic experience. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Location is great. Priscilla and other manager were fantastic. I would recommend a little bit more training and polishing for other FD agents.

The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and big things were nearby downtown.

We originally had a twin room that was really hot even though we didnt have the heating on. They changed us to another room which was much better. This is a really nice small hotel in a great location around the corner from Union Square.

Once we moved to a larger room with a fridge, the stay improved dramatically. However, the street noise suggests that some double-glazing upgrade is also overdue.

Additionally, all our windows were double-glazed in 2020 to further enhance comfort. Our front desk team is always available to assist with any preferences or requests.

The location was great. The constant noise from the three hotels surrounding this hotel who were on strike was never ending. Drums banging and blow horns blowing. 7 AM till 10 PM every day. Coffee in the lobby doesn’t come out till 8:30 AM. You’d think with all the noise outside starting at 7am that coffee could come out earlier. Anyway, first world problems.
