Good location in Union Square, close to hop on/off bus departure and some cafes/restaurants and Macy's shopping mall. Good amenities, beds comfortable, spacious. Assisted with a late check out (3hrs extra) as our flight was cancelled/rebooked for a later departure. Only downside was our rooms were on the noisy side with trams constantly going past and street lighting shining through blinds.

I had stayed at the hotel last week, I left my bank card in the locked hotel room, hidden in my suitcase during my stay while out at the conference. The day I checked out; I received a bill for $1500 on my card from someone in San Francisco. This card hasn’t been used for over a month by myself and the only way it could have been used is if someone had taken a picture of my card in my room. There is currently an ongoing investigation. Happy to be contacted to discuss further

Customer service was top-notch. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They provided me with some great recommendations for local dining and activities, they also told me which neighborhood I should avoid which made my trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail clearly evident. The hotel is located in downtown SF and it's pretty easy to get to most attractions I had on my plan. All in all, my stay at Stratford exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service, a clean room, and a perfect location. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service. Down side dirty windows looking down to Powell Street. Breakfast disappointing 1 drink and choice of 1 either cereal or crussant.
