We stayed for the 3 day weekend leading up to July 4th. We had a unit located on the Mustard Terrace, with it's own private terrace as well. Upon arrival, we we warmly greeted by all the staff (not just the desk) and helped to our room with our (tons of) bags. We hosted our family in room each night, using the well-stocked kitchen to make drinks and dinner for 10+ people (we had several units that weekend). We also attended the happy hour twice - once inside, and once on the Mustard Terrace. The food and drinks were top notch and the staff was on hand to ensure we didn't lift a finger for much of anything. The rooms themselves are lovely, although they could probably use a bit of an update. They were nonetheless clean and well stocked. The 2 things that really made this stay were the staff (they were amazing!) and the view/location. The location just above Ghiradelli Square is awesome for families especially, with lots to do just steps below your room. We will definitely be back!
