We traded a week from another Heritage Place residence and enjoyed our week fully. The location on the square was fun and despite the lively area and frequent musical guests out back, it was always quiet in mornings as well as at bedtime. The Valet staff were execptionally friendly and accomodating, helping us find our way, pointing out areas in the property to explore (firepits, water filling stations etc). We had a one bedroom unit which does not have a full sized fridge but that ended up not being a problem as we ate most of our meals out.

Fairmont Heritage Place is one of our favorite destinations. I personally grew up coming to Ghirardelli Square as a child-adulthood , &, the "magic" returns each time I return here. As for service...the kindest staff greets you at the door, our concierge/chexck in team goes out of their way to extend any opportunity to assist, & the housekeeping staff are lovely. Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square should be on everyone's list...& I am headed there this Friday for the weekend...this time with my daughter!
