Home Away from Home with a Better View and Room Service!

We visit our 2 daughters and niece in the Bay area often and so appreciate both the location and amenities of this gorgeous historic hotel. The suites offer plenty of space to host the girls (and their friends) as they all live in tiny places! We enjoyed beautiful private breakfasts in our spacious room w/ extremely attentive and friendly room service! The food was delicious, coffee abundant, and setting glorious! We've been in several suites now but the Golden Gate View suite is AMAZING (located in the tower). We did a light dinner a couple of days also which was also lovely. Can't wait to return!

An absolutely wonderful experience again this year. Everyone was SO helpful and kind and all of our family and friends TRULY enjoyed themselves. The residences were absolutely beautiful as always. The front desk team couldn't have been more helpful and effortlessly check us all in. Everyone from the bellman to valets were just terrific with smiles that truly reflected the holiday season. FLAWLESS across the board!! So grateful and we'll definitely be back!!!
