Hotel is well located and has Big and clean rooms, however overall experience is mixed primarily due to the staff who appear inexperienced and non coordinated right from people at the check-in to the breakfast, to the people who clean the rooms. Even though some of the staff appear to try their best , they fall short due to lack of training and experience or exposure. I think since the hotel is new, it will get through for few more years , post that it will appear run down faster than other hotels if they continue this way. Never had to experience such inexperience and impolite ( some of them)/unpolished staff in any of the Accor properties i have stayed.

reception and restaurant service were super nice, room adequately clean and spacious; full board meals surprisingly good; AC worked fine, room was quiet, elevators never too busy, everything was really working just fine. Except that hot water was not so hot in the shower and the SPA's attitude to requests for towels or turning on the sauna were not attentive, not a big deal but let down the other hotel services.

Being a gold member, I was not offered any welcome drink. I was not offered any room upgrade. The washroom had faulty wash basin with water not draining. The towels provided were worn out. The conditioner can was not functioning. They replaced it after complaining. No conditioner found unless upon request. The TV had only Arabic channels and no YouTube even. The breakfast was normal and no much variety. Overall 6/10.

It was nice stay in your hotel which was very clean with good service and friendly staff overall the very delicious breakfast with a lot variety of food and drinks
