Initial booking was up to 19 but I checked out on the 18, 17 which shows on the bill is 17 night from 12 to 17 nights. Checkout on 18 November. Final bill clearly mentioned amount due. I was asked about description of the person who checked me out.

The hotel has a very pleasant style and offers all the main facilities you might need—pool, gym, sauna, and restaurant. The rooms are nicely furnished, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the restaurant staff was consistently kind, professional, and helpful. There are far too few loungers at the rooftop pool for a hotel of this size. The restaurant food was somewhat disappointing: during a week-long stay, the selection repeated often, and not all dishes were convincing (though there was always at least something good). The fruit and breakfast variety were limited, and it would be nice to see more traditional Omani dishes. The main issue was the hotel’s organisation. The reception and much of the general staff were disorganised and not very helpful. On two separate check-ins, they could not find my reservation despite having the confirmation number and documents. We received conflicting or incorrect information about breakfast and dinner times. They said they would deliver our luggage to the room but never did, and I had to ask repeatedly. Housekeeping repeatedly removed towels without replacing them with the correct number and often forgot essentials like toilet paper, forcing us to contact reception daily. Additionally, the hotel advertises two restaurants online, but one appeared to be closed or inaccessible during our stay.

Absolute disaster with bed bugs and now I’m in the biggest situation of trying to figure out how to treat my belongings and luggage so we don’t contaminating other destinations Please take responsibility and help
