No dental kit, no slipper, hairdryer was not working, no bathrobe. After checking this with reception. He said that u need to ask for it as we dont provide this until u ask for it.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to basic customer service. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. The room was filthy. There were stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and a strong unpleasant smell that made it difficult to even stay inside. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with mold in the shower and used toiletries left behind from previous guests. It was clear that proper cleaning standards are not a priority here. To make matters worse, the walls were paper-thin, and I could hear every conversation, door slam, and footstep throughout the night. I barely slept. When I complained to the front desk, they dismissed my concerns and offered no solution. This hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and far below the standards it claims to meet. I regret booking here and would never return. Save your money and choose somewhere that actually values its guests.

My stay at this hotel was a very uncomfortable experience, particularly because I felt I was not taken seriously as a woman. During check-in, the receptionist asked if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. Besides the fact that offering smoking rooms feels outdated in this day and age, we were assigned a smoking room which I didn’t ask for. When I asked another receptionist to change rooms he claimed that changing rooms was not possible and eventually only offered a "downgrade" to a standard room with twin beds. As a "solution," someone from housekeeping sprayed apple-scented air freshener in the room—which obviously doesn’t solve the problem of a smoking room. When my boyfriend made the same request at the reception, it suddenly became possible to move to a non-smoking room with a king bed within five minutes, with a polite "yes, sir” and “of course, sir”. This experience left me feeling that I was not treated with the same respect and equality as my male companion. It is unacceptable for a hotel guest to be treated differently based on who makes the request, rather than being treated equally and respectfully. I would never recommend this hotel to any woman who expects to be treated with respect and fairness. Perhaps Accor could consider training its staff on how to treat all guests (and people) equally and respectfully,.

Great place to stay within the city. Staff are very good and pleasant. Special mentions to Gracie, Nono, Ritah for their hospitality. Breakfast is also decent but your spread is limited and could be improved. Lunch/Dinner are buffet or with a set menu. The ala carte is only room service which is weird. Also i informed your staff that it was my anniversary had asked if something could be done but nothing was done. Other hotels have gone out of the way to decorate the room or arrange a pastry or cake. Here when i asked nothing was there. Also upgrade was told was possible upon arrival but when i reached they said it was not there. These small differences made me suspect something awry.
