Everything was good. Hotel is clean and comfortable, good staff. But we were cery disappointed by the dinner from Butcher house. Our stay included complimentary breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was amazing but the dinner was really below expectations...

All fine, except check in was not as expected. There was only one person with crowded angry customers. He said the system of booking not working but then we get booked. The cars in front of the hotel were a lot and our luggage took more than an hour to reach us in the room.

had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Ghala Muscat. Everything was well organized and reflected a high standard of hospitality. A special thanks to Mr Ramy, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. His professionalism and warm attitude made the experience even more pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop swimming pool, which offered a beautiful view and a very relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was also impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit different preferences, and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and a hotel I would definitely return to in Muscat.
