Our stay at Mövenpick Muscat was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their willingness to assist with any request, no matter how small, truly enhanced our overall experience. The spa treatments were incredibly relaxing, although it's important to note that the prices quoted for treatments are exclusive of taxes. Be sure to factor this in when budgeting for your spa experience. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight of our stay. The stunning panoramic views, combined with the serene atmosphere, created the perfect setting for relaxation. We were also impressed by the hotel's restaurant Butcher House, which offered delicious steaks (and more) and excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Mövenpick Muscat to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

The Hotel Facilites were superb. the breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean. there are only 3 points that need to be involved & improved: to have Bein sports channels in the rooms or provide a screen in the hotel so the Guest can watch the games. Also, the Taxies outside the Hotel are very expensive. Finally, the room is empty from any hospitality for the Guest such as dates, fruits and some biscuits.

Modern rooms, but a few shortcomings

Breakfast was super. However, check-in took way longer than expected, but staff wasn't completely transparent about the reason it took about 30-45 minutes. It would be better to be straightforward upon arrival and say "your room isn't ready, please wait somewhere" than keeping you wondering if there's a problem with the booking. The terrace bar is unfinished, unpolished and feels very improvised.
