had a wonderful experience at the Ibis Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from check- in anfd out Ms.Grace,Ross,Ali and Rashad, Ms.Nica in the restaurant to the cleaning staff Mr.Sadam and Yousuf were delightful. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Although I have been staying in Ibis Muscat for a long time since 2011 in most of my trips to Oman, but this time is the worst. The hotel is getting older with no sign of innovation, and the new Omani employees look like they do not know about Gold members privileges

It was not bad but not good either as well.

Room was small but neat and clean. I stayed 4 night there no body came to do house keeping or cleaning of my room. Lunch and dinner was served in room. Food choices were not available and taste of food was below average. Reception staff was friendly but house keeping was not polite. Breakfast was OK but I asked them for fried egg or omlete but they refused.

Hello there... The staff is good, a bit friendly I would say and the towels were always fresh. However, the room was never clean properly. The bathroom cleaning was superficial, sink stains never cleaned. sanitary bags were greasy, and toilet was clean from the inside only. The room was always tidy. However, I'm not sure if the floors was hoovered up. Besides, I found cockroaches in the room, next to the tea and coffee tray, and in the toilet. I reported that to the management and they promised to deal with this problem. Thank you again Regards S. K.

the service was super! special mention to Ross Reyes who welcomed us and provided excellent service during our stay. Fast check in and out service. breakfast buffet was also good. cant wait to be back to Muscat and definitely will stay in ibis again.

We enjoyed staying Ibis Hotel specially the Breakfast. But only we only encountered one problem. The TV monitor is not functioning properly. We where like we a watching a tv with monochrome setup. But nonetheless, it was a Great stay. Thank you to Miss Rose for assisting us on our booking

No comfortable chair in the room

The room needs to have at least one comfortable chair to comfortably sit in or work if needed. Where as the one placed is so small and hard to sit in that it stops blood circulation(lower portion) if remained seated for 15 minutes. The only option I had was to remain in the bed throughout the time.

It was an amazing experience during the 3 week of the stay!! Key highlights for me would be: 1. Excellent & central location with easy access to city centre 2. Extremely clean & hygienic 3. Sumptuous food with varieties in veg/non veg including various cuisines like Indian 4. All necessary amenities equipped 5. Super courteous & hospitable staff Among all these points, it was heartwarming support provided by staff members like Sunil, Nika & the crew who really made us feel home. I would prefer to stay with IBIS again, in my next trip to Muscat and would recommend it!! Big thank you to the team!!

The location of Ibis Muscat is great. It is just 5 minutes drive to Muscat Grand Mall and Oman Avenues Mall which have very good shopping and restaurant options. There are plenty of restaurants less than 2 KM of walking distance form the hotel itself. The breakfast served in the hotel is a buffet and pretty good. Service of the restaurant and the front desk staff was outstanding.

Services provided were excellent. Room size is good but floor carpet was not in very good conditions, it was worn out at some places. Food was good and was served timely. House keeping were regular and good.
