Parking needs to be imporved. Not enough parking available for guests. This time I had to park the car outside the hotel building since there was no parking available in the basement parking lot.

I visited Ibis in other cities but this hotel in Muscat was so great in order others Thanks so much But please do better in welcoming and check in, for example no body helps us to bring logges and nether have a small smile to us when we receive Dont have slipper and dental kit in rooms but breakfast was great

I am a regular customer for ibis Muscat however they keep booking me twin bed smoking room which I don’t like. Thanks to the receptionist found a non smoking room with king bed size during check in. If ibis Muscat administration can read my post here, please book my future rooms king bed and non smoking rooms away from elevator.

they not treat well because of make my trip booking. for my six night stay they not provide big or separate bed for two male customer. with in 3.5 feet with both can't stay.but couple may okay.i adviced my friend to stay away from hotel
