The staff and physical hotel were good, typical Ibis. Breakfast buffet was good with a reasonable amount of choice. Very good coffee. There were signs in the lobby and elevator promoting a pizza deal so I tried it on my last night and it was probably the worst pizza I had anywhere in the world in my life.

I arrived around midnight and was given a room which was already occupied by someone else. Then they sent me to the fifth floor, promising that the Portier will come with another key-card but he didn’t come. After a long while I got finally a room. I wanted to take a shower the next morning and faced a yellow dirty water coming out from the tap. I really regretted this stay while I didn’t face problems in my former stays.

The service is great, can be recommended to friends, acquaintances and coworkers

Your staff is very kind, very courteous and attentive. Especially and the guest needs something. They will be respectful Just my comment. While lying down and wanting to sleep, people can hear the outside talk, as well as opening and closing of the elevator are heard and any noise. But the staff is well served. Nothing harsh, especially nice and hardworking

Staying at the Ibis was fine. Had to small issues: 1. On arrival I was told that there was no non-smoking rooms available and all they could offer me was a smoking room. This I refused and suddenly I was given a non-smoking room, go figure. 2. I could not get the TV turned on using the provided remotes. Ater reporting this to the front desk the next morning it took almost two hours for someone to come to the room. They also could not switch on the TV and had to open the TV cabinet to restart all the equipment therein. Once this was done all was working fine again.

What impressed me the most after a 3-day stay in Ibis Muscat was the staff, particularly at the reception. Staff were helpful and humorous, who made me feel the hospitality in this city. Facility-wise the hotel was well maintained and the room was clean and decent with a nice view overlook the city. If there is something to be improved, it would be the key card. For unknown reason my key had to be revalidated every day but it's only a minor issue.

The experience was not good, as I was in a real need for something to drink but the restaurant was closed although in the menu is mentioning 24/7. The parking is poor managed as cars are block on each other and I arrived my meeting late because of that

Pros: Beds and pillows are comfy, Breakfast had variety and coffee was ok. Staff were friendly specially the staff in the breakfast named Nica, she was helpful and pleasant to talk with too. Cons: AC in lobby and restaurant is not working and I have learned that its been out of order for months now. Ironing board is very limited thus I have to call for it everyday and bring it out my room everyday after I finish using it, which is a hassle and to be frank very unusual for a branded hotel.

It is great because I m still staying in ur hotel & I m gold Accor, all facilities are ok but the shaving kit u provide on demand, u must shave ur self and see whether it is worth, u should either stop giving such razor or should not spoil Accor. Whatever u provide it must be user friendly or u shouldn't provide just say no.
