Overall stay was satisfactory but inconsistent. We previously visited five years ago and had an excellent experience, particularly with food and service, and were glad to see the resort is family-friendly again. The property itself remains excellent with a great location and spacious rooms. However, food quality and service were inconsistent. Housekeeping was missed on 2 of 7 days. À la carte dining was generally good but service varied. The buffet was a significant disappointment compared to our prior visit, with limited options and lower ingredient quality. With improved management oversight, staff training, and consistent execution aligned with Accor brand standards, this resort has strong five-star potential.

For the money I paid in USD as a Canadian, I expected a higher level of service, professionalism, and overall quality. This is particularly true as your resort in Punta Mita is marketed as a luxury property. It was far from a luxury experience. In fact, I felt disrespected, and like my satisfaction as a customer what was not that important.

Amazing location, very beautiful ! The staff were excellent and really go out of the way to make your stay a great experience. The hotel is very clean and maintained daily. There are beach chairs and umbrellas as well as several pools to relax at. I had the best time here !!

Our stay at the Marival Armony Luxury Spa & Resort was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and fresh water, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The entire team was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort itself was amazing—we enjoyed dining at a different restaurant every night, and the poolside service was exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be booking this trip again!
