It was a wonderful week spent at the property during an especially slow time. The only negative part of our entire trip was the aggressive sales pitch at the very beginning to attend a timeshare seminar ("it's not a timeshare!" except it's very much a timeshare). What your team could do with understanding is that after travelling ten hours to get to the resort, they do not want to be barraged with a sales pitch. The guy delivering the pitch had information we needed (when the restaurants are open, where the pools are located, etc.) but we were stuck listening to him badger us about how attending a 10am sales meeting would be very "helpful". He then asked us if we were talking to other companies ("be honest!") about timeshares, as though we had flown to Mexico to sit inside and shop for timeshares. We just paid rather a lot of money to relax. Please stop with the sales pitch; it made us avoid the lobby entirely for the duration of our stay.
