For the money I paid in USD as a Canadian, I expected a higher level of service, professionalism, and overall quality. This is particularly true as your resort in Punta Mita is marketed as a luxury property. It was far from a luxury experience. In fact, I felt disrespected, and like my satisfaction as a customer what was not that important.

Amazing location, very beautiful ! The staff were excellent and really go out of the way to make your stay a great experience. The hotel is very clean and maintained daily. There are beach chairs and umbrellas as well as several pools to relax at. I had the best time here !!

Our stay at the Marival Armony Luxury Spa & Resort was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and fresh water, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The entire team was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort itself was amazing—we enjoyed dining at a different restaurant every night, and the poolside service was exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be booking this trip again!

The horrible road into the resort made us feel immediately fearful wondering where we were being taken. Man who "checked us in" was on a sell-mission, trying to get us to sign up for an excursion where time-shares were being sold. He talked SO fast and just circled things on a map, we didn't know what was happening. We were EXHAUSTED and did NOT appreciated this. The room smelled danky every day. WE had to empty the dehumidifier several times daily. The shower fan did not seem functional. The volume (noise) of the dehumidifier and the air conditioning was beyond tolerable and we had to turn both off at night and increase the ceiling fan. The "refresh" of the room amenities was never complete (coffee not replenished, coffee-mate never replenished), room balcony facing the west was intolerably hot (there's no shading, pull-down blind) so you can't sit out on it in the afternoon and the furniture so heavy making it super difficult to adjust chairs to sit in the small amount of shade at certain moments, entertainment non-existent (Fireshow pretty good though), chances of finding a conversational English speaking person is extremely small, Mexican night at the buffet was disappointing (no English speaking staff to tell me what things were), no burritos or Quesadillas and no Mariachi band - EVER - ANYWHERE (not even a Spanish-influenced guitar player ANYWHERE), the head-banging modern "mixing" of offered music was nauseating, swim-up bar was NEVER open (under construction - truly disappointing). On the beach, I truly became tired of saying "No gracias!" to the incessant local vendors. What was outstanding? The beach, the Zen pool (thank goodness only one day we couldn't use it because a whole family decided to have a reunion there), Essence restaurant and Brandon the waiter (twice), the man setting up the umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach along with the waiter - OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! (I hope they are well paid! We missed actually tipping some people because we didn't know we should "register" a credit card at the desk!). The buffet offerings were very good. In the end, nothing was stolen, food was B+, I drank supplied bottled water only, and the dead 1" long cockroach in the room was ... dead! And never heard "Feliz Navidad" from anyone - and it was Christmas time.
