I have been to many all-inclusives and although Armony has to work on a few things to improve upon, overall, you can't bear the views, food, service and service!

It felt like we were in paradise. The resort is laid out beautifully. The restaurants are an easy walk from anywhere. Love the number of pools keeping the guests spread out. The buildings are the perfect height, so no crowded elevators. The gardeners keep the grounds looking immaculate. The food was delicious, and the staff are friendly, kind, helpful and attentive. The perfect zen hideaway.

Decent stay

While Armony was a beautiful resort and was not crowded, there were some issues. We paid for a TWO BEDROOM SUITE. What we got was two rooms next to one another NOT connected. That is not what was advertised and what we paid for. Also, The refrigerator did not work in 4401 and had to bring up a another one which also did not work. So had to ask for another one. You put beer bottles in the room without bottle openers. Considering that it was an all inclusive, it was not cool that there were not other alcohols in the room or that we could not bring back a bottle of wine without paying extra. We also got talked into doing a 90 minute time share presentation and we were told we could leave and no problems saying no. That was not our experience The manager actually tried to get us to stay longer and was very aggressive with us when we tried to leave. He threatened to not give us the discounts he promised. Although the restaurants were good, there were only two nicer ones which was unfortunate. Carlos was wonderful and overall service was great at the pool and restaurants. We did not understand why there is no hot tub in the general pool or why we had to pay extra to use one of them. The gym is very nice and I did appreciate that. While it was nice to have a remote location. The road to get there was very bumpy and it's unfortunate that there aren't paths around the area to walk and run. I did like that the resort was small and less crowded. The staff also sent a piece of cheesecake to our room for my sister's birthday and sang to her at dinner. That was very nice.

This was my first time staying at Armony. It was a girls trip and we were blown away at the beauty and the attention to detail, of the grounds and the staff, which began with the front desk and our check in. We were checked on each day by concierge, and Marco and Sandra took great care of us. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of wellness activities that were offered. From Yoga, to sound baths, to water massage, there was even a class on playing the bowls that was really interesting. Wendy and Victor offered really great classes. We also went on a hike and learned about the local trees and plants. Our guide was from the activities staff, and was super sweet. She also led us in a four seasons ceremony. I wish I could remember her name. The food was wonderful with lots of choice, especially breakfast. Something we really appreciated was that there was NOT blaring music. We were really able to relax. I definitely hope to return. I travel a lot and this is most definitely one of the most beautiful resorts I have been to.
