2nd there, no complaints, Elizabeth and other staff made our stay everything we wanted. Great to see the no butt in chair, your stuff removed, kept it easy to get a chair verse's watch chairs sit empty all day, good for you

I visited the resort for 5 days. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff and was surprised that I was being asked to sit through a timeshare opportunity for 90 min to which they would provide me a $20 massage and spa access. I would never have agreed to stay at a resort that I knew was part of a timeshare. I own a timeshare and do not appreciate the experience it provides. We were supposed to receive an ocean view room with two beds. Upon arrival we were told none were available and were told we could move to a garden view. We paid for the ocean view AND when we did initially inquire about a garden view room (as we were told they were bigger) we were told they only had one bed in them as well. Apparently there was a room with two beds in this area, to my surprise. At this point we were not going to move as we already unpacked. To accommodate us for this problem, Gabby reached out to us and offered us two cabanas for our group for two days. While this was a lovely gesture, we did not receive what we paid for with the room. We were told this was an adult only resort with areas for children. To my surprise we had a screaming child rooming next to us. I was told by Gabby the adults only area was Tower 1 and we were in Tower 3. Apparently the resort recently merged the adults and children area in Tower 3. No communication was made to our travel agent regarding this. I specifically do not have an issue staying in a resort with children, as long as they have their own area and are segregated from the adult area. To my dismay they seemed to cater more to children. I was told there were only three adult only pools. One was a little bigger and the two smaller ones were more like lap pools. Children were in the bigger adult pool at times and no one seemed to say anything. Staff themselves were exceptional. I cannot say enough about Dante as he was very attentive to our needs. I primarily worked with Dante but all were as helpful as they could be. The amenities we were told we would receive were not provided regularly unless we kept contacting concierge to remind them. However, having to contact staff daily to remind them we are supposed to receive daily snacks etc is just a time waster. We were supposed to have slippers in our room, daily newspaper, bottle of wine, daily turn down service, beach bag for use during stay and complimentary 15 min service from the spa....all were missing or not received. Dante did get the wine for us after I inquired. Room service that is provided in an all inclusive should not be charging a service fee. If we are to be provided food at any hour, it should be expected to be in the cost of the room. Also to be told we can only receive two bottles a day per room is a little disconcerting. Its an all inclusive. We should be able to receive as much water as we would like, one would think. The towels in the room are awful. They were falling apart/or stained. The bed was sloping on either side so if you slept on the edge you would lean down toward the door. There were finger prints all over the back of the primary door, do these not get washed down? Makes me wonder if the phones/remotes and door handles are ever disinfected. There was no dehumidifier in our room so at night it smelled musty and everything was wet. In general the food was good at the restaurants and the areas to eat in were pleasant. However, I would never recommend this resort for anyone to stay. It did not meet my expectations of an all inclusive and should definitely not be listed as an adult only resort (even if partial areas are for adults) as there is no segregation between the two.

I stayed at Armony for a work trip/work event that I photographed. Everyone was very friendly, kind and accommodating. The sunsets are gorgeous every night and the grounds are beautiful.
