Arrived at hotel no one help with luggage. The room wasn’t ready at 4 p.m. The day it was raining the window leaked water into the room and made a puddle. Didn’t even receive an apology saying sorry for this incident. Years ago waiters would come around the poolside and beachside and asked if you wanted a drink or something to eat nothing this time. Breakfast at restaurant poor. Buffet is hardly a buffet from how it used to be. Mediocre food. Just a disappointment.

overall we enjoy the scenary, warm pools, and large cool rooms with a kitchen. we were not able to swim in the ocean because of crocodiles that appeared in the mornings and evenings because of the danger

Staff was great on this ocassion, but the rooms were awful. Old furniture, hard pillows, damped walls. The breakfast at the restaurant Inizio is quite mediocre and they are not longer having a Happy hour by the pool. And there was presence of crocodiles in the beach, so even when it is a beach resort, the beach was closed. Also, the sales people of the new administration is quite aggresive, the basically threaten you with arguments that you won’t be able to book rooms anymore and that they will keep old rooms for Raintree associates, instead of offering you a good deal to change company.

We are pleased that our reception team contributed positively to your visit, but we are sorry to learn that concerns regarding the guest room condition, breakfast experience, and overall comfort impacted your satisfaction. Coming here for years. A bit disappointed with overall room quality and amenities. Rooms were not well equipped with kitchen utensils and pots pans or bowels. Room smelled musty. Overall property seemed a bit disheveled.

Accor notified me on the app that I had a welcome drink voucher but when I asked at the hotel they did not know anything about it or how to process. They later told me because they were just moving over to Accor they did not have a way to honor it. Thought strange since they were giving away drinks by pool as prizes.
