We regret that concerns about crocodile activity near the beach impacted your ability to enjoy the ocean, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. Staff was great on this ocassion, but the rooms were awful. Old furniture, hard pillows, damped walls. The breakfast at the restaurant Inizio is quite mediocre and they are not longer having a Happy hour by the pool. And there was presence of crocodiles in the beach, so even when it is a beach resort, the beach was closed. Also, the sales people of the new administration is quite aggresive, the basically threaten you with arguments that you won’t be able to book rooms anymore and that they will keep old rooms for Raintree associates, instead of offering you a good deal to change company.
