Beaucoup de problèmes dans cet hotel: -cartes pour ouvrir la porte à recharger plusieures fois par jour -impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre me avec l'assistance de la réception. Incident qui a duré 1 heure. -mauvaise ventilation de la chambre. Aucune solution trouvée par le personnel de l hotel -eau de la piscine trop froide. Un effort pourrait être fait pour augmenter la température de qq degrés. -personnel de l'hôtel avec un niveau d'anglais trop basique.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais notre séjour fut très bon du début à la fin. La réception et la restaurant ont été très accueillants. Un très bon sens du service dans cet établissement. De plus les chambres sont très agréables et propres.
