Hôtel un peu excentré du centre mais qui est au final pas du tout déplaisant car reposant. Le lieu est chic et raffiné. On s’y sent bien. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Le petit dej très bien. Le personnel est très professionnel et au petit soin. Le séjour était parfait.

Super séjour dans ce moderne hôtel à l'ouest d'Hanoi à environ 30min de taxi de la vieille ville. Appartement très confortable et moderne, tout était super. Statut Platinum très bien reconnu et valorisé avec l'accès au salon et les petites attentions en chambre. Petit déjeuner très bon. Equipe aux petits soins, en particulier la dame qui nous a fait le check-in mais dont je n'ai pas retenu le nom, mais aussi Chloé au salon et au petit-déjeuner. Mais tout le monde a été vraiment extrêmement gentil et extrêmement accueillant, ce qui était très plaisant après un long voyage. Merci beaucoup.

Belle hôtel récent avec une superbe piscine intérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. Dommage que tous les plats où préparation du petit déjeuner ne soit pas frais ou qualitatif. Surtout en vue du prix !

However, we sincerely regret to learn that your breakfast and Chocolate Hour experience did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding the pastries, viennoiseries, and particularly the sliced boiled eggs are very concerning.
