However, we sincerely regret to learn that your breakfast and Chocolate Hour experience did not meet expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of freshness and quality in some of the food items. Your comments regarding the pastries, viennoiseries, and particularly the sliced boiled eggs are very concerning. We take food safety and hygiene extremely seriously, and this has been immediately addressed with our culinary team for urgent review and corrective action.
