On a vraiment passé un super séjour au Fairmont Hanoi pour nos premiers jours au Vietnam. L'hôtel est super bien placé, pile entre le quartier français et le vieux Hanoï, ce qui est idéal pour se balader. Ce qui nous a vraiment marqués, c'est la gentillesse du personnel ; ils sont aux petits soins et font attention au moindre détail. Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai régal, super raffiné avec des produits de qualité. Et après une bonne journée de marche, quel bonheur de profiter du spa ou de la piscine sur le toit pour déconnecter un peu. Une parenthèse parfaite dans le tumulte de la ville

Satisfait du séjour, hôtel très confortable mais tout n'était pas encore terminé dans ce nouvel hôtel: Terrasse rooftop encore en travaux (bar restaurant extérieur non terminé, travaux bruyants), des odeurs désagréables dans le hall d'entrée et la caféteria du Lobby. Beaucoup de travaux très bruyants autour de l'hôtel.
