Satisfait du séjour, hôtel très confortable mais tout n'était pas encore terminé dans ce nouvel hôtel: Terrasse rooftop encore en travaux (bar restaurant extérieur non terminé, travaux bruyants), des odeurs désagréables dans le hall d'entrée et la caféteria du Lobby. Beaucoup de travaux très bruyants autour de l'hôtel.

Ouvert depuis le mois de février, ce nouvel hôtel Fairmont va vite devenir une adresse de choix pour séjourner dans la capitale. Situé à deux pas du fameux lac Hoan Kiem et du vieux quartier, vous êtes proches des sites touristiques. L’équipe d’encadrement et le personnel sont accueillants, bienveillants, doux. Au delà des équipements et infrastructures de luxe, c’est le service à la clientèle qui fait la différence et l’âme d’un établissement hôtelier. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien dans cet hotel qui mérite bien ses 5 étoiles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour.
