J'ai un statut diamond et j'ai réservé une suite. La chambre est très grande, confortable et très bien isolée, ce qui n'est pas un luxe à Hanoï considérant le bruit de la rue de jour et de nuit. J'ai apprecié le salon executive pour le pdj où j'ai pu déjeuner au calme avec un copieux menu et le soir pour le cocktail avec plein de bons plats à déguster. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable, très efficace pour traiter toutes les demandes. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli. Par ailleurs ratio qualité -prix de cet hôtel est imbattable à Hanoï et il ne faut pas hésiter à réserver une suite, ce qui procure un excellent séjour.

Un peu à l’écart du vieux quartier donc beaucoup plus calme Chambre spacieuse Accès salle de gym et appareils récents Piscine très agréable et propre (un peu fraîche) Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité

I’m sorry the bathroom shower felt dated and that your evening meal at the restaurant did not meet expectations — the lack of flavour you described is not the standard we aim to deliver. I have shared your comments with Engineering, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen so we can inspect the bathroom fittings, prioritise any necessary maintenance or refurbishment, and review our recipes and cooking standards to ensure better seasoning and consistency. Regarding the final bill, service charge and VAT are required components of restaurant billing in many countries and are collected to meet local tax and service regulations.
