Mon séjour s'est bien passé mais ce Pullman mériterait quelques améliorations: - la terrasse de la piscine est abîmée, lattes en bois endommagée, risque de se blesser. - l'eau de la piscine est froide rendant les séances de sport matinale pas agréables - air conditionné dans la chambre difficile à régler

Hôtel pas cher et très propre. Il a probablement était rénové il n'y a pas longtemps. Seul le sol de la salle de bain et les joints semblent ne pas avoir été refaits, ce qui contraste avec le reste de la chambre, impeccable, et de l'hôtel en général. La localisation ne nous paraît pas être un point fort. Cependant, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par la qualité des services liés au Club Executive (afternoon tea et evening cocktail). Nous avions choisi Pullman pour la qualité des prestations d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous avons retrouvé cette qualité au niveau de l'aspect général de l'hôtel, mais pas au niveau des prestations du Club Executive et du petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à Mme Ngoan (Petit déjeuner) qui a été très professionnelle et très attentionnée pendant notre petit déjeuner.
