Thank you very much for staying with us and for sharing your honest feedback. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the ski wax area. Having it in reception may not be the most suitable location, and your idea of moving it to the drying room area is very constructive. We will review the layout and consider improvements to ensure both convenience and comfort for all guests. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the hallway carpets. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and your comment clearly indicates that we did not meet the expected standard. We will address this immediately with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. Regarding the lack of English TV channels, we understand your frustration, especially as we welcome many international guests. Your feedback is very valuable, and we will review our channel offerings to better accommodate overseas visitors. Finally, thank you for your kind words about our staff.
