Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable. But bathroom cram, inconvenient taps need to update to mixer.

Good stay

Checked in a bit late and was slightly surprised that dinner slot will be 8pm which is a bit late for family with young kids. While it is not fully the staff fault, he was very apologetic. We did manage to get a table around 7pm which we are thankful for the flexibility. In general, amenities are good, the hotspring is also good and the lounge is relaxing. Good spread with food during dinner and breakfast. Small areas of improvement is if there can be more seating areas during drinks and nightcap. A bit more attention to details to provide children sandals either ahead of arrival or during check-in would have been great too. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Well located and large hotel resort

It is well located near the entrance to the Goshikinuma ponds. It should be within walkable distance and drive would be just 1-2 mins away. It is large resort hotel so expect tour groups would stay here so the hot bath and buffet can get a bit busy but they do have a time slot ticket system for the buffet to avoid congestion.
