Big room with Bed bug

We got bed bug bite. Room was dusty.

Thank you for staying at Mercure Urabandai Resort & Spa. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced during your stay. After receiving your report of bedbug bites, our specialized staff thoroughly inspected the affected room, but were unable to find any. However, we are also very sorry for the discomfort you experienced regarding the cleanliness of the room. We will further strengthen our cleaning and hygiene management system to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us during your busy schedule. All of our staff look forward to welcoming you again.

Surprisingly good stay

This property is kind of unique. Maybe only in Japan. Their restaurant is closed for lunch and open only for buffet Dinner. We made our way from Koriyama Station and travelled without stress to the Hotel. Miura San (Room Division Manager and Jess San checked us in smoothly. We also met Matsukawa San (Senior Marketing Manager) who has stretched his courtesy welcome to us. We were issued with a clean good Suite room and feeling comfortable in our spacious room. We went for our booked dinner and the spreads are admirable and we'll organised. During our first night dinner, GM Tezuka treated us with Japanese beef steak. Swear to the top, it literally melt in my mouth. Best ever. Thank you Chef and of course GM Tezuka. On our second night, we were given king crab sabu sabu. Since I am going towards Sapporo, I thought I will enjoy in that city. So fortunate that we were offered by GM Tezuka. Our breakfasts have no issue but only Oishi. Do not feel that because I am issued with some good treat by the GM, I am writing good reviews. You have to visit them personally to see the breathtaking feelings and good air regardless which month of the year. We will be back to catch up with more good unique feeling. Agatsuma San (A. Restaurant Manager) will make sure your dinning experience will leave you with a memorable stays.

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable. But bathroom cram, inconvenient taps need to update to mixer.
