I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred after our recent stay at your hotel. Following a buffet dinner, my wife experienced severe gastrointestinal distress, needing to use the restroom multiple times. When I approached the reception to ask for assistance, I learned that your staff were unable to help us and suggested that I go to the nearby 7-11 to purchase medicine. Unfortunately, there were no suitable medications available there. Despite explaining that her condition appeared to be related to the buffet dinner, the staff could not offer any further assistance. This experience was quite distressing, and I believe that guests should receive better support during such situations. I hope you can address this matter to improve service for future guests. Nice hotel, room very big and clean, nice open onsen spa bath. Staff very friendly and helpful. Near hotel no restaurant and food saler only can eat at hotel restaurant. Hotel buffet is really good.
