the front desk staff and manager effort to assist us by arranging a car go to 蔵王お釜 when we arrived hotel due to did not catch connected transportation. Good treatment for loyalty member upgrade room. We enjoyed staying here.

Changes due to brand change and my requests

I have been looking forward to staying at this hotel once a year with all my relatives since shortly before the hotel brand changed. We use 4 rooms at a time. This was my first stay since the brand change. I am a member of Marriott and Hilton, and I consider myself a frequent hotel user, but this hotel is one of my favorites. The things I'm particularly interested in are the spacious interior, abundant guest rooms, and affordable prices. However, this time I will only point out the parts that caught my attention. ①Localization of meals I felt that the most unusual part of the brand change was the food-related part. I'm not saying the new concept is bad, but my elderly companion said, "I don't have any desire to eat it." I would also be happy if there were a little more variety on the plates for children. Both are areas that I didn't feel dissatisfied with before. ②Website All major hotels these days recommend staying through their own websites, and we end users believe that this is the most advantageous method for us. However, even though it has been two months since the restaurant reopened, all the photos of the rooms are still the same. When making a reservation, I checked the room on another advertising agency's website and then made the reservation on your company's website. I feel that this is something that should be improved without any room for discussion. ③Premium plan I don't understand the customer base of this hotel, so this is just a request, but by paying a certain amount of fees or becoming a high-grade member, I would like to receive a service that separates the dining area and lounge from other guests. I hope you will provide it. When I visit a hotel on a trip with my family, I don't like to wait a long time to receive any service, so if there is a service that avoids that, I would be willing to consider paying the fee. Yes (as long as it's not too expensive). I understand that all-inclusive offers higher unit prices and complete operations, but would you consider considering this to further increase sales?

We, 3 of us love this stay so much. Room is bigger than Japanese standard, on-sen very clean and fresh. Staff is great service minded and food both breakfast and dinner is great.
