i wish to expess my gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Takanami ,s help to get back a lost file at the airplane when i arrived Sendai. Mr. Takanami tried hard to contact the local airline agent to report my lost file. finally i obtained back my important file for work, thanks again for your hotel staff help and Mr. Takanami. a good english speaker , thanks again.

Located in some mountain area, room feels old, facilities generally Ok but old feel. Onsen was nice but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Not a hotel I would choose to stay again

Some staff at recptions are not nice, not good service, not smiling

Room itself is good. Good beds, good shower. But everything else is “cheap”. Terrible choice to serve even whisky in a paper cup. It’s like a camping! Not at all in line with Mercure brand standards. True, the room rates are very low too. No creativity, serving same very cheap low quality snacks every day. Onsen is nice in and outside. Music in the corridors is too loud and can be heard in the room. TV has only 5 japanese channels. 3 ping-pong tables are very poorly maintained, why no eye for this kind of detail? I saw a person vacuuming the floor AND the red tablecloth on the lobby tables with the same vacuum cleaner, disgusting…
