From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and simple, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the breakfast options didn’t change much over our two-night stay, so I was actually glad we only opted for dinner on one of the nights. The free lounge bar was excellent, and the drinks after soaking in the hot spring were a real treat. Overall, there wasn’t much to complain about—except that the soundproofing in the room wasn’t great. Since there were lots of kids around, we could easily hear the noise from the neighboring rooms, even things like sneezing.

子連れでくるのに最適な設備が充実しており、遊び場や食事、お風呂など、子供と楽しめました。 残念な点として、 EVの充電器が使えなくなっていました。次回行く時までには直っていたらいいなと思います。 日本人には直予約サイトが分かりづらいという難点もありました。 到着時にスタッフのお迎え等なく、重たい荷物を子供抱えて部屋まで行くのがしんどいです。
