Room should be better.. it is not look 5 star resort.

Our hotel offers a variety of room types, and we regret that the selected room did not fully align with your expectations. While English-speaking staff are available to assist our international guests, we acknowledge that you were not able to connect with them during check-in. Please note that the outdoor pool is available during the summer period as stated on our website, and guests may also enjoy our onsen hot spring baths, which many guests particularly appreciate during the winter season in Nasu. While the resort does not have an on-site golf course, several golf courses are located nearby. We are pleased to note that you enjoyed our wide range of breakfast selections. I booked one night at the hotel as a waypoint for my onward trip to Yamagata from Narita. I was pretty blown away by the surroundings and the view of the mountains provided by the rooms. The staff were very courteous and the western style rooms large and clean. The hotel is resort like and definitely caters to families with children. The breakfast spread was huge and the food excellent! My only regret was that I only stayed one night. Will definitely be back again for longer when I get the chance.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and simple, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the breakfast options didn’t change much over our two-night stay, so I was actually glad we only opted for dinner on one of the nights. The free lounge bar was excellent, and the drinks after soaking in the hot spring were a real treat. Overall, there wasn’t much to complain about—except that the soundproofing in the room wasn’t great. Since there were lots of kids around, we could easily hear the noise from the neighboring rooms, even things like sneezing.
