It’s a conveniently located and new hotel. I felt it rather soulless . I had dinner there on my first night and was only one in restaurant/bar era. I was given a room on the street side and the noise distrubed my sleep as windows are not fully soundproof. Breakfast was good and strong WiFi

My experience was extremely exceptional. I was very impressed by the wonderful hospitality and the unique service I received from the receptionists and the front desk. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The room was cozy and comfortable. Special thanks to the front desk manager Mariam who made my stay unforgettable along with Nika, Magda, and Luka whom were a great help in making me feel very welcome.

Comfortable stay, cozy atmosphere, good location, wonderful staff. For me it was a plus that I was able to check in 1.5 hours earlier. A bad experience was that the bathroom door did not close because it was swollen from moisture. I lived alone and was able to close my eyes to this. The advantages of the hotel compensated for this incident. Also, the carpet was poorly prepared upon check-in. I asked to clean the carpet with a vacuum cleaner, this was done promptly. Daily cleaning was good. Water was replenished every day, this is a good plus for me. The room size was good. All the staff were positive. I will come back here.
