The Ming Hotel is very conveniently located in central Nanjing. I love to stayed at Ming Nanjing, This was my 2nd time stay at Ming's. Lovely apartment, clean, tidy, there is is a small kitchen where you can cook simple food. Very helpful and attentivestaffs. The hotel location closed to the High end Deji mall. The gym and swimming pool is awsone. Easy to find the local food stall around the hotel. I'd love to come again.

I stayed at Ming Hotel Nanjing MGallery Collection over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience overall. As an Accor Diamond member, I appreciated that my status was recognized with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. A highlight for me was the welcome drink—Ming Tea. It was so enjoyable that I even requested an extra serving to have in my room, which the staff kindly accommodated. This thoughtful gesture really reflected the hotel’s warm hospitality. The service throughout our stay was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is also excellent, surrounded by plenty of shopping malls and a wide range of food options, making it very convenient for travelers. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service and a prime location. I would definitely consider returning on my next visit to Nanjing.

1. The hotel requires guests to pick up their own takeout orders. Before placing the order, I asked the front desk staff, and they said it could be delivered to the room. However, the delivery person said it could only be left at the pickup point outside the hotel. I saw a robot there, but while going in and out to get my food, the staff never mentioned that it could be delivered to the room. 2. The room has a washing machine, but does not provide any laundry pods. You have to call the front desk to get them.not convenient.

Regarding the takeout issue: our front desk did confirm that delivery to the room is possible when the delivery person cooperates. However, some couriers choose to leave orders only at the external pickup point. We do have a robot that can deliver items to your room, but I apologize that our staff failed to inform you about this option when they saw you going in and out. We will retrain our team to proactively offer robot delivery in such situations. As for the laundry pods: you are absolutely right that they should be placed in the room in advance, especially since a washing machine is provided. Asking you to call the front desk was an unnecessary hassle. We will change our standard amenity setup to include laundry pods in all rooms with washing machines. Thank you for helping us improve. When I check in there were no toiletries have to ask for it. The bidet was not working. Even the ice bucket leaks water all over the sink.

The hotel environment is relaxing, clean and very comfortable for a family. As it was winter time, it was quiet and all the facilities were available e.g. swimming pool and gym. The breakfast is very much for the local taste. The family suite is spacious, it has a small kitchen and also has quite some space for dining and living. The hotel location is between two subway stops. There is a famous shopping centre 100/200 meters away.

I had high expectations for my stay at the Ming Hotel Nanjing MGallery, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The most significant issue was the room temperature. Despite it being winter, the room was uncomfortably hot. When I asked to switch the air conditioning to cool mode to get some relief, I was told it was simply not possible. Being unable to control the climate in a luxury hotel room made for a very restless night. The service was also inconsistent. We were initially offered complimentary breakfast, only to be told the next morning that it only applied to one person. This felt like a 'bait and switch' and was quite unprofessional. Additionally, the welcome fruit was disappointing, just a single unpeeled orange and pear. For a high-end collection, you expect a bit more effort in presentation. Overall, the lack of basic comfort and the confusing communication regarding amenities means I likely won't be returning.
