From the moment I arrived, the front desk team welcomed me with genuine smiles that instantly made me feel at ease. Check-in was both efficient and thoughtful—they kindly offered a room upgrade based on my preferences and took the time to introduce nearby attractions and local tips. One staff member even went the extra mile: when I casually asked about local snacks, he not only recommended a few authentic spots but also looked up their opening hours and the best way to get there. It was that kind of attention to detail that truly stood out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Nanjing’s historic charm with modern comfort. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The dining was also excellent. Yet it was the front desk team—professional, warm, and genuinely caring—that elevated my stay from “good” to “perfect.” I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I’m in Nanjing.

I had a wonderful stay at Ming Hotel Nanjing MGallery Collection. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything in the room was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff, especially the front desk team. They were extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. From helping me order food delivery, to assisting with check-in and check-out, everything was handled efficiently and with genuine hospitality. Their attitude truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing. When I check in there were no toiletries have to ask for it. The bidet was not working. Even the ice bucket leaks water all over the sink.

Check in was great. Well spoken English speaking staff member assisted us. Front counter assisted with room change at check in due to my change of mind. They were very patient with me and helpful.
