1. The hotel requires guests to pick up their own takeout orders. Before placing the order, I asked the front desk staff, and they said it could be delivered to the room. However, the delivery person said it could only be left at the pickup point outside the hotel. I saw a robot there, but while going in and out to get my food, the staff never mentioned that it could be delivered to the room. 2. The room has a washing machine, but does not provide any laundry pods. You have to call the front desk to get them.not convenient.

Regarding the takeout issue: our front desk did confirm that delivery to the room is possible when the delivery person cooperates. However, some couriers choose to leave orders only at the external pickup point. We do have a robot that can deliver items to your room, but I apologize that our staff failed to inform you about this option when they saw you going in and out. We will retrain our team to proactively offer robot delivery in such situations. As for the laundry pods: you are absolutely right that they should be placed in the room in advance, especially since a washing machine is provided. Asking you to call the front desk was an unnecessary hassle. We will change our standard amenity setup to include laundry pods in all rooms with washing machines. Thank you for helping us improve. Check-in was both efficient and thoughtful—they kindly offered a room upgrade based on my preferences and took the time to introduce nearby attractions and local tips. One staff member even went the extra mile: when I casually asked about local snacks, he not only recommended a few authentic spots but also looked up their opening hours and the best way to get there. It was that kind of attention to detail that truly stood out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Nanjing’s historic charm with modern comfort. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The dining was also excellent. Yet it was the front desk team—professional, warm, and genuinely caring—that elevated my stay from “good” to “perfect.” I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I’m in Nanjing.

I had a wonderful stay at Ming Hotel Nanjing MGallery Collection. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything in the room was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff, especially the front desk team. They were extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. From helping me order food delivery, to assisting with check-in and check-out, everything was handled efficiently and with genuine hospitality. When I check in there were no toiletries have to ask for it. The bidet was not working. Even the ice bucket leaks water all over the sink.
