service was perfect from beginning to end. greeted when i got off my transport and assisted with bags. check in was fuss free and all information was well informed. room is spotless and well equipped. the washer/dryer was a pleasant surprise which i fully made use of. short walk to 新街口 area which is very convenient. overall 5 star experience and will certainly consider to stay again if I come to nanjing.

I had an excellent stay at the Ming Hotel Nanjing – MGallery Collection. The location was highly convenient—central, with easy access to Deji Plaza and nearby amenities. The room and facilities were both impressive, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly set the stay apart was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and communicated fluently in English, which made everything seamless. The only minor drawback was some noise seeping through the connecting-door area between rooms, but it didn’t overshadow an otherwise outstanding stay.

Check in staff and housekeeping very good. Location very good in central Nanjing and near to many food options and shopping. My biggest complain was the room air conditioning. Not cooling and basically loud air fan noise.
