An unusually unpleasant stay with ACCOR. Although my room was upgraded, the air conditioning hardly worked and halfway through the night electricity was cut out. The toilet was half-dysfunctional. The receptionists was rather rude at check out and kept repeating things in an unnecessarily high and harsh voice.

I traveled here very far away,all I wanted is fast check in and rest in my room.But the miss in front has a low professional,she does not know how to do with my passport to check in,so it cost me take a long time to wait. It's a terrible experience to me.

The hotel is well managed, with friendly staff, clean facilities, and good food. The room are very well cleaned everyday. The cost for staying is very reasonable, and the location is very convenient, with some good restaurants nearby. Two thumbs up!
