Very friendly front desk staff. I asked about how to get around town and they took the time to give me several good options of how to travel and what to see. Later, I forgot my passport in your room after I checked out, but they knew I was still in the building and made the effort to find me to give me back my passport. If given the chance, I will stay here again. Oh yah, the rooms were nice too. ;)

Reception desk, Hristina, was extremely welcoming BUT the rest of the service remains poor. I arrived at 8 pm after long flight extremely hungry and tired. Went to restaurant where instead of explaining that they dont serve solo travellers and only big group, staff just rudely said we will not serve you you should go away. Only Hristina apologise for such rudeness and directed me in right restaurant BUT there were NO waiter for 20’ now i understand why it is called FIND ME(the waiter) in a morning the checkout staff was no qualified enough to issue invoice, luckily Hristina was passing by and said to them she printed my invoice in advance and gave me a convert. Already regretting that i should back to this hotel after 2 days business trip to another city. Regardless of new building and nice finishing, I would rather recommend to avoid this hotel unless staff is trained well
