There is no opening window the air of rooms are very dry because of lack of fresh air and same breakfast for everyday somedays can be changed

The hotel is very well positioned within the city of Sofia, the room are great, big, clean, modern. Also, the receptionist surprised me with an ugrade of the room and free minibar, due to the creation of the direct account to Novotel. Overall, a great experience and plus, the Rituals products bring great value to the place!

The Room Service and House keeping is very bad. The Reception Guys kept giving excuses for not providing proper services. When enquired at reception regarding this there's responses were, 1. I do not understand you. 2. May be my colleague gave you wrong information. 3. I don't know how can I support you with this.. Very unexpected service experience..
