I stayed in the Novotel for 24 hours while in transit. Starting with the friendly welcome from Ivan at the desk, the whole experience was smooth, hassle free and notable by the friendliness of the staff. I spend a good deal of my professional life in hotels - and this was exactly what I need for a ‘transit hotel’. Well done.
