It is not our first stay at Novotel Sofia. Again we enjoyed it and the service quality is the same. We are very pleased with the quiet room, cleanliness and very good location if you are flying from Sofia. The employees at the reception and the while breakfast crew are nice, friendly, polte and super helpful people! The hotel is just 1 min walk from a big mall where you can do shopping, go to cinema or grab a drink / good snack. It definitely won't be our last time staying at Novotel Sofia!
