The hotel is nice. Spacious rooms, large shower, comfortable beds. Regarding the location - depends on what you need: for a night before a flight or other short need - nice. The hotel is adjacent to a mall with a variety of shops and food. For visitors to the city, the hotel is quite far away, public transportation to the city is convenient, but returning requires a long walk. Also, getting to the airport at night requires a taxi or a long walk to the bus station. The breakfast was quite disappointing compared to Novotel. It was poor in options, more suited to the level of IBIS than Novotel. Breakfast after the second night and this was changed to a lunch box that was unfit for human consumption.

The staff were excellent. Special mention to Nora (Front Desk), Dayman (Coffee Shop) and Binod (Bartender). Location is not convenient for a tourist. Breakfast specially the coffee and hot chocolate could be better. But overall the stay was very comfortable.

Everything was great! The hotel is in a superb location, and my room was in a quiet area, which is important for a business trip. Just a small note: not all of the ironing boards were in good condition.
