I was here on a business trip and would have to say that I am glad I stayed at this hotel. The staff at the reception desk and restaurant were friendly and willing to assist. One of the things that I absolutely loved was the check-in. At this hotel, check-in time was fast, unlike at other places. I have to say that Ms. Ekaterina stood out the most. Thank you to everyone.!

We were very pleased with the hotel. Although not in the centre of Sofia, it was easily accessible with taxi or public transport. Moreover, there is a big mall - with a cinema - right besides the hotel. The rooms of the hotel were excellent, both in size, amenities and interior design. Similarly the breakfast was very good and the staff overall were very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and while everything was great, what really stood out was the incredible service from a staff member named Radostin. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, Radostin treated us with such care and attention, making us feel like we were part of the family. His warmth and helpfulness truly made the stay special. The hotel itself was excellent too. The accommodations were comfortable, and the service was fantastic. There’s a business floor, a great restaurant, a bar, and free parking and WiFi. The hotel is also conveniently located near both the airport and the city center, which was a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel—not just because of its great amenities, but because of the outstanding service provided by Radostin. He definitely deserves to get promoted.
