We found the staff from reception to the restaurant extra friendly and helpful. In particular we’d like to mention Radostin and Damjan who recommended some fabulous restaurants and provided great sightseeing tips. The hotel was modern and rebranded, we enjoyed our stay very much.

hotel and the staff are very good. city is full of cheaters except hotel staff, they are very professional and helpful. the only good (not cheating) taxi company in the city called Yellow and it was recommended to me by hotel staff. nice hotel and city with lots of cheaters around..

The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The receptionists were nice and polite and did not stop smiling even for a second. Later at night I went to the bar just to be pleasantly surprised with similar attitude towards me and the other guests of the hotel. Later when I went to the room I found out that i needed a toothbrush and paste so I called the reception and they brang it to my room in no time. It is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. I strongly recommend.

Another fantastic stay in this wonderful hotel. Smiling staff ready to help you at all costs, clean room, very fast wi-if, great and rich breakfast. Mall next to the hotel, 24/7 always open gym with steam bath, also there is a shuttle service and magic button for taxis.

My stay at Novotel Sofia was a great experience, as i never visited Bulgaria, its capital and surroundings. I stayed for three weeks and for sure i will come back here. The hotel has great rooms, very good food and as polite as you can get employees. It was a great accommodation in such a beautiful city.
