Our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable, largely due to the way Todor handled our booking. From the start, he checked our group of 3 in under the wrong name and gave us the wrong room (a double for two people). When we pointed this out, he immediately dismissed me and insisted I had only booked for two, refusing to properly check my confirmation or take any responsibility for the mistake. What made it worse was his attitude. There was no effort to help, and no willingness to find a solution just continued gas lighting. He repeatedly told me there were no other rooms available and made me feel like we were the problem. After a prolonged and frustrating exchange, he eventually gave us another room, but didn’t explain what had changed or acknowledge that he had made an error. This lack of communication then led to an even more serious issue: we believed we had been given two rooms, when in fact one was still assigned to another guest. As a result, another party was checked into the same room and walked in on us while we were inside. This was shocking, invasive, and completely unacceptable from a safety and privacy perspective. Overall, the experience was chaotic, poorly handled, and left us feeling stressed, unwelcome, and with very little confidence in the hotel’s basic processes or customer care.

I am truly sorry to read about the difficulties you encountered during your check-in and the distress this situation caused you and your companions. Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion with your reservation, the delay in resolving the room allocation, and especially for the very concerning incident where another guest entered your room. I fully understand how unsettling and unacceptable this must have felt, particularly regarding your privacy and sense of safety. What you described does not reflect the standards of service and professionalism we strive to deliver. While the situation appears to have originated from a booking mix-up, I deeply regret that it was not handled with the care, attention, and communication you rightfully expected. Your feedback regarding the interaction with our team member and the lack of clear explanation has been taken very seriously. Please be assured that we are currently reviewing this matter in detail, including our check-in procedures and team training, to ensure such incidents are not repeated. We are reinforcing the importance of attentive listening, clear communication, and thorough verification of guest details at all times. please dont put on any platform. This time our stay was not good ! Restaurant chef doesn't know how to prepare a Tbone steak. first over cooked, later under cooked, not juice just threw it on a frying plate obviously without oil or butter. Steak was very small for a high price. Our TV was not connected to the internet, pillows as always BAD, to thick to sleep comfortable.

The room was dingy and the bathroom had a strong smell of dog poo. I was not going to complain since we arrived at midnight and needed sleep. It did seem the beds were clean, so that was good. It is walking distance from terminal 1 of the airport. I would say the room needs a total refresh and better pillows. The lobby and the food served at breakfast were decent for the price point.
