All is good except this happened second time, we requested one vegetarian takeaway breakfast, but none was available in the morning! Receptionist in the evening wrote the request, and one in the morning said he was not informed! One additional note, I have booked online and then changed the date directly with hotel, but point payment was not set for new dates, so I could pay next morning not at check in.

We stayed for one night at the Ibis Sofia airport hotel. Everything was great, the only issue was the smell coming out of the bathroom. I know this is typical for all plumbing in Bulgaria, but it was annoying in the beginning. The smell stopped as soon as I covered the drain hole in the shower with a wet towel. Would be great if you can replace the shower drains with ones that have an auto-block mechanism...

This Ibis hotel is an option for an airport hotel with underground parking. This biggest pro is exactly the parking and 24 hours airport shuttle. The general quality of the hotel is low in my opinion. The rooms had a bad smell (maybe coming from the bathroom). We arrived at night and found the windows open in the rooms- outside temperature was around 0 degrees celsius. The receptionist was a bit arrogant. In general, we are staying there as it is the only option for an airport hotel with available underground parking at the moment.
