Well-located hotel near the Lozetenz area. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well maintained. Excellent gym and spa facilities, and a fabulous breakfast with great variety. Highly recommended.

Nice room, restaurant start not nice, given there is plenty of tables in the restaurant to dine, we were told my wife and I to set in our room.

1.) We stayed during the Christmas Week (December 23-27), and the breakfast is the same everyday. There was nothing special even for Christmas day which is odd for a global brand or 5 star hotel. Nothing was given even for the kids(even a candy there is none). 2.) The parking is with a fee but it's not guaranteed parking. We need to wait for someone to leave the parking or park outside the hotel and "try again" later of there is an available parking. I hope you can look into an option for a reserved parking for the hotel guests as it has been paid upon check-in. 3.) There was no toothbrush provided. 4.) If there is one thing to be thankful for is the service of the people in the breakfast hall. They are super nice, respectful and making my kids smile.

Regarding your comments, please allow us to clarify a few points. Toothbrushes and other additional amenities are completely complimentary and available upon request at any time. Concerning parking -we are located in a business districk, close to a mall, a subway station and in generally very busy, paid zone of Sofia—a city of nearly 2 million residents. I truly hope you understand that parking is an additionally offered value, it is paid and subject to availability, as offering free parking in this area is absolutely not feasible. We regret that the breakfast variety during the Christmas period did not meet your expectations and that your stay felt less festive than anticipated.
