Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to kindly explain that our system operates on a seasonal basis. As we are currently still in the winter regime, the system is set to heating mode and cannot provide cooling at the same time. Additionally, temperatures tend to drop during the night, which is why the heating setting is maintained for guest comfort. Completely turning heating off and opening the windows is always an option for cooling the room quicker. We also sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced with cleanliness. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure improvements are made. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us enhance the experience for all our guests.
