Great and welcoming staff, from the reception staff, the concierge, the dining room and even the friendly cleaners. The hotel facilities were of a good standard, clean, proper and very useful. The room was pleasant, large, clean, airy and bright with unique facilities such as a coffee machine and a free and regular supply of capsules and water. The breakfast was good and satisfying in a large and pleasant dining room. The hotel is not central so you have to drive everywhere but that is one of the reasons we chose it, we were looking for peace to rest and relax. Overall we received good value for the price, we have recommended you on Booking.com and to friends. Keep it up, thank you and see you on your next visit to Sofia.
