Arrivati alle 02:00 del mattino di mercoledì 19 agosto 26, non abbiamo trovato la culla/lettino in camera per nostro figlio di un anno. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto avvisare. Ma io, che sono una persona “malata” di precisione” e “ordine”, avevo preventivamente avvisato con richiesta specifica approvata dalla struttura !!!!! Fortunatamente il 20 minuti sono arrivati culla e lenzuola. Probabile disattenzione della reception della struttura che non ha fatto preparare a dovere la camera. Ho dovuto anche chiedere che venisse pulita la camera il terzo giorno e fortunatamente il personale delle pulizie a provveduto immediatamente a nostra richiesta considerato che il bambino cammina scalzo dappertutto ed eravamo in 4 nella suite. Ottima colazione: varia tra salato e dolce. Migliorerei soltanto i succhi di mela e arancia. La struttura offre molti servizi e il personale alla Lobby/reception, ai piani, al bar, al ristorante e alle colazioni è risultato essere gentilissimo. Arriving at 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, we didn't find a crib/bed in the room for our one-year-old son. I was told I should have notified them. But I, who am obsessed with precision and order, had previously notified them with a specific request approved by the hotel! Fortunately, the crib and sheets arrived within 20 minutes. This was probably due to a lack of attention on the part of the hotel's reception staff, who didn't have the room properly prepared. I also had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the third day, and fortunately, the housekeeping staff accommodated our request immediately, considering that the baby goes barefoot everywhere and there were four of us in the suite. Excellent breakfast: a variety of savory and sweet options. I would only improve the apple and orange juices. The hotel offers many services, and the staff at the lobby/reception, on the floors, at the bar, in the restaurant, and at breakfast were extremely friendly. Пристигайки в 2:00 ч. сутринта в сряда, 19 август 2026 г., не намерихме креватче/легло в стаята за едногодишния ни син. Казаха ми, че е трябвало да ги уведомя. Но аз, която съм обсебена от прецизност и ред, ги бях уведомила предварително с конкретна заявка, одобрена от хотела! За щастие, креватчето и чаршафите пристигнаха в рамките на 20 минути. Това вероятно се дължи на липса на внимание от страна на персонала на рецепцията на хотела, който не беше подготвил стаята правилно. Също така трябваше да поискам стаята да бъде почистена на третия ден и за щастие персоналът по почистването удовлетвори молбата ни веднага, като се има предвид, че бебето ходи босо навсякъде, а в апартамента бяхме четирима. Отлична закуска: разнообразие от солени и сладки опции. Бих подобрила само ябълковия и портокаловия сок. Хотелът предлага много услуги, а персоналът във фоайето/рецепцията, на етажите, на бара, в ресторанта и на закуска беше изключително приятелски настроен.

The hotel and room were very nice. We did however hit some snags on our short stay. First we ran out of shower gel and shampoo. Second the sofa bed in the room was almost unusable as a bed. It was tilted and all the night the person sleeping there was trying not to fall. The biggest one though was the sound insulation of the room the left hand window was broken or something. It felt like I was sleeping on the road. The sound was overwhelming. I trust that other rooms do not have this problems.

Another lovely stay overall - two lovely rooms , fabulous food and family loved the turtles but unfotunately one of the rooms we were allocated (419)had not been serviced properly. In the evening after our swim my daughter went to take a shower only to find that there was no shampoo in the shower container. I had to call reception for housekeeping to come and fill) There was onlynone bathrobe - again i had to ask for 2 more. My grandson who has a keen sense of smell went to the toilet and said it smelled of red wine and on inspection there was a feint pink mark under the toilet sink on the floor. The telephone in the room kept cutting out when i was ordering room service and I was then informed that it could only be used on speaker phone. Then when my daughter and I turned back the duvet when going to bed we found a stained sheet (I have photos) we reported this to reception who told us it would get sorted in the morning. I told them that i would not sleep on that sheet and asked for a fresh sheet. 2 single sheets were handed to us and we had to change the bed ourselves. I have stayed many times here and I have never experienced cleanliness issues so this was extremely disappointing hence my score of 7 and not the usual 10 o would give.

The room was very cozy however, attention to detail is needed. Upon check in there was no shampoo, we needed to ask reception, not enough towels etc. For a 5 stars hotel I am expecting everything to be amazing!

There was a birthday party which music was so loud and could be heard upto my room until very late evening... I had an early flight next day and all I wanted was to rest, which I couldn't... Additionally, I forgot my medicine pen for diabetes in the fridge and nobody contact me to advise post checkout.

I thought the hotel was somewhat oversold in terms of the reality it presented. The staff were lovely, but aspects of the hotel could really be improved. For instance the breakfast offering is good, the wait staff are attentive, but on both days of my stay I found dirty plates. Similarly the room was well laid out and spacious but the air conditioner was completely insufficient to cool the room. Also the door lock mechanism did not work well and I returned to the room one day and found it had been left not properly closed after housekeeping. I didn’t have anything of high value, so it didn’t matter, and the room was very clean, but it made me feel slightly uncomfortable to know my room was open to any other hotel guest during the hours k was away. Finally I was given a voucher for a free drink at the bar. I went to the bar three times, and there was no staff behind the bar. There was someone at reception, but not the bar. It’s unfortunate because I was at the hotel during the World Cup and would have liked to watch matches on the big TV and have some drinks, but the TV was off and no one was available to serve drinks. It made the atmosphere seem a little dead.

Great location and first impression, however, we were disappointed with some small things that just built on each other: there was supposed to be a welcome drink which we never got, our room had only one bathrobe in the wardrobe, the bottle of body lotion was empty (we asked for a new one at reception, but never received a new one). When we removed the bottle of lotion from its stand, we saw that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Might seem like little things, but in a 5-star such hospitality elements are key.
