1.) We stayed during the Christmas Week (December 23-27), and the breakfast is the same everyday. There was nothing special even for Christmas day which is odd for a global brand or 5 star hotel. Nothing was given even for the kids(even a candy there is none). 2.) The parking is with a fee but it's not guaranteed parking. We need to wait for someone to leave the parking or park outside the hotel and "try again" later of there is an available parking. I hope you can look into an option for a reserved parking for the hotel guests as it has been paid upon check-in. 3.) There was no toothbrush provided. 4.) If there is one thing to be thankful for is the service of the people in the breakfast hall. They are super nice, respectful and making my kids smile.

This is the second event we have in this hotel and I am extremely satisfied with all the services provided. Everything was organized at a very high level, and the staff was professional, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to express my special gratitude to Vesi Maldzhanova and Ivaylo for their outstanding support, professionalism, and dedication. They made the entire experience smooth and pleasant, and their assistance exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for business events and professional meetings, as well as for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

As a location, it does not excel, nor the comfort I could say. More precisely, the location is peripheral, and the hotel does not have certain attractive features: the swimming pool and the SPA; Being an Accor member, I have seen many hotels in different countries, and I can describe this hotel as clean, the rooms are clean and equipped with the necessary things, but in no way are we talking about a 5-star hotel, but rather a maximum of 4. Even if it is clean, the contrast comes with the thoughtful design in the rooms, more precisely the separate toilet (like Novotel), the shower that is masked by a curtain with a mirror and sink, which separates the room. The privacy of a family is put to the test, by the fact that the curtain cannot completely mask the shower; Also, it is worth noting that there is no hanger in the room and to leave your clothes in the closet, you have to cross the room. What I appreciated the most was the staff, who are very very kind and helpful, trying to make an effort to offer you a problem-free stay...but unfortunately, the staff cannot solve everything. Finally, the pool and the SPA (wet and dry) make you feel relaxed, but it should be noted that the price of a stay is acceptable.

This hotel was a very positive experience. When we booked we where a bit in doubt about the location but it turned out to be fine even though it is not in the city centre. Room was nice, breakfast was good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Only challenge was what seemed like lack of staff during breakfast one morning.
