The room was cold, when we entered. I had to ask at reception to turn on the air conditioner. On the next day, the room was finally warmed up. Also a woman from the cleaning staff just entered our room without knocking on the door. This was very strange, she was not speaking English, just Russian. We tried to talk to her in Bulgarian and English, but we could not understand each other, because she could only Russian. I have no idea why she entered our room just lile this...

I held a training at the hotel and although it looked very nice and welcoming in the beginning it turned out that it is very hard to work in the seminar room because the AC was switching from 19 to 26 degrees Celsius without our command.
