It was very pleasant and the staff were helpful. We immediately recognized that the hotel had been recently renovated and of course this is always good. The location isn't convenient for downtown Sofia with transportation, preferably the trams or bus, so your location score for tourists will bever be very high, but otherwise it was great.

I think some things that happened today have forced me to revise my opinion of this hotel's service attitude. Since all the parking spaces were full, I was asked to move my car so a Mercedes could park. Well, hope there are plenty of parking spots when you guys come or you could drive a Mercedes here and experience the luxury of making other people's cars roll away.🀣

we had call for housekeeping 3 times during our 5 night stay, everytime we come back the rooms were dirty, and a proper housekeeping is not done even when we were out. This shows how the hotel is not prompt on hygiene levels

Hotel rooms are spacious and comfy, they do lack house keeping efficiency. One thing I would like to address is that they should work on the breakfast menu options specially when you staying more than 2 days in the same hotel, you don’t expect the same menu everyday. Sometimes the toaster is not working and sometimes coffee machine is out of service.

One of the best Mercure hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world with 2 faults 1. Housekeeping needs to look at the do not disturb indicator (& knock) 2 the payment method for Amex is not acceptable - especially for corporate stays. Those 2 things took it from a 9 to a 7.

I am a guest of your hotel two or 3 times a month since it was open, very loyal member. Unfortunately last time i arrive after midnight from the airport after 3 days conference, and at the reception i was half way informed that there is no hot hot water and there is nothing can be done about this situation. The next day this problem continued, very unpleasant moment, you will understand. In my opinion, in such extreme situations the reception if the only one in charged in late hours must call either manager or directly and emergency service who can help and fix the problem. This is high positions hotel and brand and in cases like this of course against the respective amount of money there is someone who can help. The problem is not the current situation, it is the response of the people in charge. There is always a solution. Always.

Very friendly front desk staff. I asked about how to get around town and they took the time to give me several good options of how to travel and what to see. Later, I forgot my passport in your room after I checked out, but they knew I was still in the building and made the effort to find me to give me back my passport. If given the chance, I will stay here again. Oh yah, the rooms were nice too. ;)
