Hotel Mercur Sofia is a very nice, modern and perfect place for business and personal stay. We are a business customer and are very satisfied with the base and location. The problem we had was the service at the front desk and the staff attitude. We understand the hotel opened soon and need some time, but at least some basic skills are required. Please spend more time and focus on training and education of your staff. This is very important part which forms the total perception for a pleasant stay. The hotel manager is informed by us, so she is also working on solving the issue. She personally excused and we will continue our relations for the future as we really like the hotel.

I was on a bussiness trip to Sofia, stayed in Renovated Mercure Hotel. It was very nice experience, great furniture styling, great view, good hosting and excellent good. I was a little but dissapointed that I have not be able to attend the fitness and salt too, the staff said its under construction. In general - great experience, will visit the hotel again
