Arrived quite late on my day of arrival, what I really appreciated is the fast check-in process, the paperwork was ready when I arrived. When i got in, they quickly took my details and confirmed my booking. They then explained all the amenities and features of the Hotel, such as the gym restaurant and breakfast. They took the time to appreciate my all Accor status, and as it's so happens, they had upgraded my room to my surprise. Upon reaching my room, the room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed comfy - not too soft, not too firm, making for a really comfortable sleep. One of the big things I focus on at hotels I stay in is the AC, it's always frustrating when the AC doesn't work correctly or is "centrally controlled". What I really appreciate it about this place is each room had its own AC, and the AC actually worked well. The breakfast was good and staff attentive, and at €15 was reasonably priced. I thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone considering it, it clean comfortable and well located with the tram to the city Centre a 5 minute walk away.

People tried to enter my room multiple times, first when housekeeping wanted to clean even though I put DND and double locked, don't even have a peep hole to see out the door and no door latch or chain, they still tried to enter but couldn't because of the double lock, but shouldn't have happened and luckily I put whatever kind of double lock there was. Also when my family member was just given a key without checking who he's was no ID or passport check nothing, just asked for key to room and was given, at least call and. He k with me, yes it was ok I know the person, but imagine anyone can just ask for any key and go to it and walk in, again good thing I double locked in case. Also when housekeeping did clean they didn't do anything properly, n didn't even make the bed let alone Change the sheets or vacuum, yes it was in the afternoon but still at least the basics, cleaning and security.

The hotel is new, comfortable, and every detail seems to have been thoughtfully designed with customer satisfaction in mind. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The young gentleman working in the restaurant was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, it is a very, very good hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was very pleasant and the staff were helpful. We immediately recognized that the hotel had been recently renovated and of course this is always good. The location isn't convenient for downtown Sofia with transportation, preferably the trams or bus, so your location score for tourists will bever be very high, but otherwise it was great.

I think some things that happened today have forced me to revise my opinion of this hotel's service attitude. Since all the parking spaces were full, I was asked to move my car so a Mercedes could park. Well, hope there are plenty of parking spots when you guys come or you could drive a Mercedes here and experience the luxury of making other people's cars roll away.🤣

I enjoyed my stay for the 3 nights and the food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was more than sufficient and the staff are friendly. I would go back on my next business trip as the position of the hotel is pretty central and easily accessible.
