I held a training at the hotel and although it looked very nice and welcoming in the beginning it turned out that it is very hard to work in the seminar room because the AC was switching from 19 to 26 degrees Celsius without our command.

There is no real restaurant for dinner or lunch in this hotel. They offer you to have dinner in the "Winter Garden" where everyone smokes and you have to swallow the smoke! Only low tables in the lobby bar? Smokers are more important! The other question is about the price of parking - 15 euros for outdoor parking??? For comparison - covered parking in a hotel in Munich, Germany - 12 euros!

The hotel was rather modern, with very large rooms. Clean, nice floor heating and good shower. Two bottles of free water in the room upon arrival (refilled every day). The breakfast is solid, but could be better for a hotel of this category (e.g. the possibility ordering an omelette or a fried egg would be nice). The reception could be greatly improved though: Long queue for checking in and out (and the second person at the counter walks away instead of checking in people too). No fast checkout with dropping the keycard in a box (Why the need to pay in advance, then?). Hotel bar also underwhelming: Zero proactivity. If several people sit down and seek eye contact, could it be that they want to order something and smiling back from a distance is not enough? All in all, it is a nice hotel, but at that (pricing) level more could be expected.
