We have been staying with you for a few years now. We stay one night on a B&B basis. Your are our chosen hotel for our Cruise. The hotel is only a short drive from the terminal. The staff are always so friendly, professional and helpful. Our room is always clean & tidy. Has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is varied and good.

Well located for Tilbury Dock. OK for an overnight stay, but nothing more. Bar is a bit utilitarian for a hotel, but serves adequate bar snack. Room clean but awkward to get to.
