Got disappointed when the receptionist said no junior suite for upgrade my stay, so I felt useless being a PLATINUM MEMBER of accor, while a friend of mine, same platinum member, got his junior suite upgrade, after he insisted. So is it a matter of who are insisting to get our rights as Platinum member?

Perfect short gateway for me and my husband... We got upgraded room from Standard Room to Executive Room which was a surprise.. They also have called Chocolate Hour that quite delightful i wish i could sooner because some of the menu were sold out.... and also the breakfast menus were excellent so many option to choose. The staffs were wonderful, all of them, from the frontdesk, restaurant,to the house keeping crew. I will definitely be back...

I had enjoyable stay while celebrating my birthday with my family. The team paid good attention to the occasion. Honestly, I did not expect to receive many surprises during the stay — from the room setup, attention at restaurant and others. It made feel warm and memorable for us. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Specially to mention GSM Tamara and FBS Susi for their hospitality and service. Thank you as well for the thoughtful gestures during our visit. Small inconvenience was during dinner, as I had to go back and forth for smoking because the smoking restaurant was closed for a private event. Overall, it was still fine and did not affect our experience too much. Thanks again to the whole team for making our family celebration special.
